He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and reasonable and a pleasure to work with. We each purchased a… car at a good price and the service was impeccable. Mr. Abreu kept every promise and followed up promptly arranging for every service and additional product ordered by us relative to our purchases. Georgina is incredibly easy to work with and did not use any pressuring tactics whatsoever. She took the time to show me the… different models I was interested in and described (in detail) all the different options available for my needs. Upon pickup of the car, Georgina took the time to show me all the different features of my new car to ensure I understood the technology, very helpful. Dishonest, Unprofessional, Poorly trained representative
by gaklbet on 10/29/2014Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned C300 three weeks ago. I was told it was a "one owner" vehicle. Upon investigation during a service visit, I uncovered it was a courtesy vehicle. The vibration I felt when I test drove the car was not fixed… after multiple attempts. I finally returned the car and re-purchased my old vehicle. The Used Car Service Manager tried to rectify the issues but by this time I had lost all trust and faith in this dealership.Excellent experience!

She was extremely knowledgeable and kind and worked hard to find the right car for me. There was… no hard selling. No hidden costs. No stress. Ultimately, Danubia removed any anxieties I had about car dealerships and made the whole experience fun. She even offered me water and snacks! 3rd Purchase from MB of Boston
by sartick on 10/11/2014I just purchased my 3rd Mercedes Benz from Chip McCarty of Mercedes of Boston, and while the 3 purchases happened over approximately 15 years with other brands (Lexus, Audi) purchased in between, I continue to deal with the dealership and,… especially, with Chip for the service, attention, courtesy and level of comfort I have received each time that I wanted to purchase another Mercedes Benz. When I started looking for a MB this time, I considered various new models, including a C63, GLA 45 AMG and an E350. Chip was fully knowledgeable in all 3 of these very different vehicles and because of where I live, the E350 made the most sense in the end. Before reaching that decision, though, Chip patiently took me out on a test ride of each, spending as much time as I required and answering any questions that followed. Because of my comfort level with Chip and my past purchasing and service experiences with MB of Boston, it was an easy decision to make the purchase. I turn over cars fairly often and suspect that Chip McCarty, MB of Boston and I will cross paths again.Thank you for taking the time to share your encouraging words and kind recommendation of Chip. We have… purposefully timed our service here in Somerville despite our proximity to more geographically convenient dealerships so that we would have the benefit of Enio's expertise and professional treatment. Clearly Enio has mastered his craft as he has earned the mutual respect and admiration of his customers while also commanding the utmost and conspicuous respect of his service/mechanic team . This was my first Mercedes, my first car purchase in over twelve years, and my first time buying a car by myself. I was… outside of my comfort zone, and Jeff went above and beyond my expectations! He is a super nice guy, was extremely patient, answered *all* of my questions, and he helped me find the car that was just right for me. Overall my shopping and purchase experience was *stress free*, which was exactly what I needed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
by veerod on 06/18/2008I bought a CERTIFIED Mercedes Benz SL500 from Herb Chambers - sight unseen because I live in Phoenix, Arizona - and was told it was in perfect, certified condition. When it arrived, I was shocked by the condition of the car - scratches,… dings, worn leather seats, running hot, missing parts....I was told they had a 3-day return policy. I called Herb Chambers immediately and they did not honor their word - my fault for not getting it in writing. Now I'm out over $50K on a PIECE OF JUNK car - DON'T BUY FROM THIS SORDID, LYING DEALERSHIP!The dealership has come through for me, and I would like to retract the previous review. It just took more time to resolve, but it is resolved to my satisfaction. Apparently reviews cannot be removed on this website, so I am writing this retraction. I am very happy with the outcome of this situation and would recommend the dealership now.

Rattle coming from the dashboard screen area

My service advisor, Enio R., was extremely courteous, considerate and very concerned about my problem. He kept me informed about what was being… done, and overall, the whole transaction was a pleasant experience.
