by Exceptional Service on 10/11/2019Working with my insurance (Progressive) and the dealership itself, I was able to get all repairs done. Even though a bad bulb was installed for my right rear turn signal, it was promptly not only replaced at my soonest convenience, but the… body shop worker Kenny personally helped me organize my trunk in taking everything out, replacing cheap clips with nicer clips for inner paneling and reorganizing everything nicely. Dennis was very helpful and worked with me by ensuring that I had a very very nice vehicle to drive in the mean time and also helping me understand progress of the repairs and their communication with my insurance agency. This latter part is important to me especially because my insurance company was rarely in contact with me (in fact I was unable to contact my representative on numerous occasions). After getting my car back, I can safely say that all repairs that I needed taken care of due to my accident had been performed and everything looks and works perfect! There were small things/interactions that could be negligibly, but appreciably more professional. However, I feel that personally I could relate to and talk comfortably to all of the employees I interacted with, and that they cared about their jobs and in turn getting my properly taken care of.Excellent

Great job Drew for owning the error. That is what great customer service… is all about. One thing I want to mention while I know it’s necessary for a dealership to know at certain points a car needs things such as struts or shocks, but it is important that before you quote those to a customer you should ensure that they have not already been changed.recall notice
