  • Fast, no hassle transaction at Village Ford!

    This was the fastest new car lease transaction I have ever experienced. I found the Mustang I wanted by searching the Village Ford inventory online. Next I went to the showroom on my lunch break. My salesman Andre promptly brought up the car for a quick test drive. We traded info to get the paperwork started and 45 minutes after I first arrived I was on my way back to work. I returned after work, signed the papers and drove off in my nicely detailed new car in about half an hour. Great service!

    went in for an oil change . I did not think your service man was very friendly. also I thought my first oil change came with a $10.00 off . I could have gone to another Ford dealer service for a cheaper price.

    Leased a 2016 Fusion in November! Had a flat tire in mid-December! My salesman Brian Bartholomew and the Service Team took excellent care of me!

    I had a recall done on my vehicle was told it would take about 3 hours to be completed and it was done within 2 hours. Thank you village ford for another excellent service.

    Steve Miscuk was the best! I went in looking for a car and he helped me find a good one for a good price. He offered great customer service! If anyone needs a car New or Used I'm taking them to Village Ford!

    We recently purchased a 2015 Ford Flex at Village Ford. As always the experience was great. We have been dealing with Paul Anderson since 1997 and I would recommend him and his great service to anyone.

    2016 Fusion. Service was excellent and Kelly Bowdell was by far the most courteous, nice and helpful salesperson I had he honor to work with. She was very patient with me and accommodated me by doing business with me mostly via text because my schedule is very busy during the day. I almost gave up but her resiliency kept me in and finally it worked out and I was able to get that Fusion. Kelly Bowdell knows and understand the new era of doing business with people who are super busy. She is a great asset to Village Ford and I will be recommending that dealership and Kelly Bowdell to all my friends at Ford Motor Company and Family.

    I appreciated the friendliness of this dealership! It started from the time I made contact with the blonde woman behind the front counter and continued right through the time I drove away with my new Ford Edge! Let me add that my purchase wasn't a one day, experience either. I did my due diligence and took a week to make my purchase. The staff at Village Ford was a class act the whole time. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase.

    Rebecca Audritsh is a wonderful service representative! So glad to have her as my contact in the service department again. I have been less than pleased with another service representative there, more than once. Rebecca is very professional, attentive to customer needs, honest in her dealings with customers and follows through with keeping in contact with the customer.

    Using the Ford Quick Lane at Village Ford is a great experience. The staff are pleasant and helpful, always willing to explain the details of any issue. I was able to come in without an appointment and get the Works done on my Escape in a timely manner. I appreciate that.

    I was impressed with the sign in process. It was like going to a Dr office. Sign in at the desk then go back for a consult. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant. I won't hesitate to bring my car back.

    Well, I accepted the car wash but didn't get it. If reference to the recall 12S37B there was a comment that troubled me - the comments states "210793 DID ENG COVER MOD AND INSTALLED BOLT COVER MISSING NUTS AND BROKE BOLT WHEN STARTING" I'm not too sure how to interpret this comment but I was troubled by the words "broke bolt when starting". I did not see a comment that the bolt was replaced. For years I had my Ford 500 Serviced at Village Ford and have always been satisfied - Dennis Barnes was a great service advisor. I anticipate Tracy Mandernach to be the same. I need new tires and will consider Village Ford.

    I was very satisfied with your dealership and Sam, my representative, was great. However, I am not at all happy with Ford Motor Company. There was a recall on my vehicle which I was never aware of. Ford Motor Company refused to cover the costs associated with the problem that I had because my gas tank came off due to faulty straps. I tried to reason with them but they refused to help me. Ford Motor Company had absolutely no sympathy to my situation and I was greatly disappointed with their failure to cover this expense. I'm not sure I want to purchase another Ford product due to the attitude that they portrayed when dealing with me. Your dealership was very sympathetic and I know you felt bad about this. I was very happy with you, just not happy with Ford Motor Company. You have worked on other vehicles in the past and I have been very happy with Village Ford. Too bad Ford Motor Company doesn't share your same help and understanding when unusual circumstances like this occur.

    This was my first visit to Village Ford. Very impressed by the service, professionalism and helpfulness from the minute I walked in the door and talked to Linda Chavis. I then met my salesperson, Ali Berry, who was most helpful, professional and friendly. Our discussion resulted in me leasing my 2015 FORD EDGE TITANIUM..rather than returning to the dealership where I got my 2013 Edge. I was also impressed by everyone I encountered within the dealership and how they interacted and assisted one another to ensure the customer was well taken care of...Kim F., Vinny, etc. Everyone involved made this a most pleasurable buying experience. I have already shared my positive experience with others regarding my car purchase. Thanks to the folks at Village Ford for making this such a positive experience for me.
