The salesman who helped me achieve this was Sam Falk. Very nice, professional, informative and understood… my needs. He needs recognition. My friend David Shaffer was able to assist me in getting the FocusST with a AZ plan pin and along with incentives and money down helped me get the car at a phenomenal price. We were looking for certain features in a car that were not on the lot, He got on his computer and search for the… car we wanted and had it to the dealership in Two days. Thank you for making this convenient for me. I also used my ford service credit card for the service… completed which is another convenience. I will consider purchasing another ford when the time comes because taking care of it is easy at Briarwood Ford.Oil change

The Service manager got us in almost immediately and the job was finished quickly. It was brought to our attention… that we will need rear brakes shortly. (A good thing to know!) Having driven a Ford product since I was 16 I was very bummed out to find out that I couldn't afford to lease a… new Ford. As I was walking out of that dealership I received a call from Mark. I explained the situation and he was quick to ask me if I had anything against leasing a 2015 truck I said not at all if you can find one. I was lead to believe by the other dealer that 2015 trucks were just short of impossible to find. Mark called me back within 10 minutes with a bunch of different options and that's when I inquired about a 2015 edge. I came out the next day and he nailed it he had a 2015 edge picked out for me in my price range with the options we had talked about. Mark is a hard worker that did all of the things the other dealership failed to do. He will receive all of my future business and I will recommend him and your dealership to anyone I know. by Addison8155 on 12/22/2015updated 01/11/2016I have a 2014 Focus. I'd read about it's transmission problems, but, my 2008 Focus was GREAT! No problems, so I gambled I guess. My salesman Allen Bell told me this one had "the new transmission" (not like the 2012 and 2013 ones)in it.… It obviously didn't as it stuttered and shook right from the beginning (but not on my test drive).I was afraid nothing could be done as a friend-who had friends with the new Focus trans that had the same problems said "There is no fix". I took it in last week and the work order said they reprogrammed the trans. That helped a lot! It still shudders, but, only about 5% of the time now-it's lots better. I'm waiting for a new clutch now. That's fine. There was a recall also. That problem was taken care of. I appreciated the shuttle service when it was done. Every service person I spoke to was very nice. Thanks.
