This dealership was amazing. I requested to look/drive a car and was able to get in the next day. Jordan had it all ready for me to drive. I loved the car and was able to get all the paperwork done and out the door by the following day.… They took care of the loan and insurance paperwork. Everybody there was so nice and accomodating. Go there for your next vehicle!

I did not have an appointment but the team took care of me right away. Fortunately, everything was okay in… my car (MKC). I certainly appreciated the way the Crest service team was able to accommodate me today. Great job.Excellent work!

The show room was immaculate, the staff was very welcoming and courteous, but most of all Paul was a true professional. Paul took the time to work with… us and ensure we were not rushed or pressured into any decisions. Additionally, Paul stayed approximately 1.5 hrs past dealership closing time to go over all the details and aspects of my wife's new car. Again, he never once acted like he was in a hurry to leave. In this day and age, customer service and satisfaction is often overlooked and it was nice to see that the staff of Crest hasn't forgotten how to make the customer feel appreciated. Thank you Crest and especially thanks to Paul Billeci.Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Our goal is to always make sure our clients have the answers to all their questions before leaving with their new car. Paul B. is a great consultant and will pass along the wonderful compliment to him. Our customers satisfaction with both sales and service is our top priority.

I finished using all my free oil changes, so I know I can go anywhere for service now, but Crest Lincoln has always given… me the best customer service. We'll take you and pick you up. When the wife and I got back the oil change and tire rotation was complete. Even… though it was raining they still washed the car. That's a total package of satisfaction to the nth power.Crest is the best
