    I had actually returned to tell Rob that a deal on in stock vehicles was out of my reach. After a bit of refiguring, I received an offer I couldn't refuse. Was really quite impressed with the whole operation at the dealership.

    Steve was extremely helpful. I wasn't out a vehicle while getting a salty bill to pay just after loosing my warranty unluckily and I appreciated the great service. It made the bitter pill of the cost better. Persons so close to their "full extended" highest priced Chevy warranty expiring (3 days) should be given an extra month to two weeks grace/comp (courtesy extention) period as a policy to help insure return customers for cars and to purchase the larger more costly full extended warranty sales.

    I have always had good experience with this dealership; both in sales and service. I have purchased many vehicles from Jim Trenary, and always have them serviced there.

    Steve went out of his way to take care of my problems. Had it not been for his advice, I might have let a problem go unattended under factory warranty. I really appreciate his professionalism. Thanks Steve.

    Kevin Burke sold us our first Chevy Equinox in 2010. We came back to him for the Chevy Equinox 2015 because of the positive experience then and this time as well! Not high pressured. Kevin demonstrated a concern for what the customer wanted. He was very professional as he knows the product that he is selling. We felt we received a fair price. Another positive experience!

    I think the service guys have too much paperwork and computer work, along with answering the phones, and are distracted when a customer is actually standing there at the counter. I felt I had other things I wanted looked at on my car but felt kind of rushed. The work order says car was washed, it was not.

    Sales staff was very attentive and helpful. Took care of all of our needs and questions. The Business Finance Manager was outstanding and had great people skills and was very competent and knowledgeable.

    Ted is always helpful and no one ever discounts what I say I think may be wrong. That is hard to come by!! My husband and I purchased my Equinox almost a year ago and any time I think there's a problem, the dealership gets me in.

    I appreciate the fact that it was evident that they checked my maintenance history and only recommended what I needed for this 75,000 mile checkup. I ended up buying three tires so i was very thankful that the service part was not so expensive. I appreciate the courtesy of all the service people.

    Very impressed with the service department and how they take care of their customers. I was in and out in a very timely manner, way quicker than I was anticipating and I really appreciated that with my almost two year old with me.
