After having an extremely old car and being ready to upgrade, Hamad was patient and ensured that I was happy… with the deal that I got. Everything went smoothly and Hamad gave us pizza while we waited. I haven't even had the car for a week, but Hamad has checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything is going well. I feel extremely grateful to have chosen DCH Paramus Honda for my first time leasing a car. I don't see myself going anywhere else in the future!!Manny is the best!

The place had an amazing interior design and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service or an easier time shopping for a car! Our… sales rep. Hamad Deeb was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each vehicle and their capabilities. When we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles he reccomended the vehicle that would retain a higher value over the long term since we were financing! by Lisa B on 11/02/2021We walked in to Honda in Paramus and told the receptionist were looking to replace our Odyssey that was totaled from Hurricane Ida. 2 minutes later she brought Hamad out to us and- word for word she says “Okay I brought you our best one,… you’ll see.” She wasn’t kidding. If you are looking for someone who thoroughly knows what they are doing, someone who will work with you, someone who will be very honest and who is extremely personable, then Hamad is your guy. You’ll see, after 5 minutes of working with Hamad, that he is working for your good, not to just make a sale. Just a genuine guy who clearly knows the ins and outs of the car industry. We left with a beautiful van, despite my husbands hesitations lol (thanks Hamad) , and an overall amazing experience.Car Purchase

They know the definition of customer service. I left from DCH Paramus Honda knowing I was taken care of.… All my questions where answered with details and professionalism. After answering all my questions they made sure I understood. Most importantly no hidden fees, Which I love. With all the shortages of vehicle and high demand. It is hard to find good deals in this market right now. Let alone find a dealership that will take care of you and not try to take every dollar you have by overpricing the vehicle and on top of that hit you with unwanted hidden fees. I have been coming to DCH Paramus Honda for sometime now. I got my first Honda CRV EXL 2019 (LEASE) at DCH (with Jose and Osvandy). My CRV got flooded and in hurricane Ida. I was without a vehicle for over a month and I had to move my family from that area because I did not feel safe do to the flooding that we just experienced. I went to other Honda dealerships where they over priced vehicles and where not even close (to say the least) to the customer experience I received from Osvandy and Jose. They are a great time and DCH Honda Should have more people like them. Thank you guys for all that you do.Manny is the best!

by Fiury222 on 09/23/2021My daughter purchased a car there, whoever did the oil change didnt secure the oil lid under her car and while driving on Route 3 the lid came off, luckily she didnt get into an accident, she went to the dealer and they claim she most have… hit something and were charging her $380 to replace it, i called 3 times to be transfered by a bitter old lady they have as the operator to the manager Jose Hernandez who doesnt return phone calls, whrn i called a 4th time i was transfered to the service manager Michael Deanelis who refused to take my call and kept going back and forth with the person that answers the phone , how can you run a business like this, so if you decide to go to this dealer keep in mind that after they take your money and you walk out the door you are on your own, they dont take responsibility for their lack of self ethic, and they had the nerve to offer her a free oil change if she gave a positive reviewAwesome leasing experience!

I have a 1yr old that was ready to go he didn’t mind her screaming or mind hearing Elmo for a few hours lol 😅 or needing to use his phone charger so overall he’s great, thank you Hamad.Great experience
