by BerryFocus14 on 06/28/2016updated 07/08/2016We bought the 2014 Focus used at the local Dodge dealership with barely over 50,000 miles on it from Raul. They supposedly did a 124 point inspection, however,did not,somehow, realize there was a problem with the transmission, clutch… actually. We immediately noticed it and called, and they arranged for Power Ford to deal with the issue. Ben Gillespie was our contact and he dealt with the situation. He knew exactly what the issue was, as apparently this has been a constant issue with this vehicle, but he had the mechanics do a full diagnostics anyways,just to be sure. The clutch,indeed,was the issue,but the part was back ordered. We did wait quite a long time for the part to come in. Once the part came in, Ben Gillespie was awesome, totally professional, and kept on top of the mechanics to make sure that all was being taken care of. Even though it all took a bit longer than we'd hoped, Ben Gillespie at Power Ford made the entire process fairly stress free. He deserves a raise,or at least a commendation or certificate of excellent customer service. He was great! We would like to thank Ben Gillespie,and Power Ford for taking care of the issue in the manor it was. Warranty work
by EmilyV179 on 06/20/2016updated 07/05/2016I called the service dept with concerns about an oil leak and sluggish shifting in my 2014 Escort. Ben checked the car in immediately and stated that the repairs were likely covered under warranty and gave me a time-frame to expect a call… back from him. His call back was timely and he stated that the repairs were under warranty. The oil leak has been repaired and the part for the shifting issue is on order. I am pleased so far.great sales dept but poor follow up
by kenneth94 on 06/25/2016I was very satisfied with the salesman who I dealt with but after I agreed to purchase the new vehicle, The experience went down hill with another person trying to sell things that I thought were not needed and should either be included in… the price of the vehicle or in the price of the dealer prep. I was surprised that after I agreed to purchase and initialed a payment price, and also did a test drive I was asked for the key. After waiting for a few minutes, I stepped outside and found the other person had removed equipment from the car. I feel that if this piece of equipment was installed in the car when I agreed to purchase the car it should be included in the price of the vehicle or included in the price of dealer prep. And I feel it should be put back into the car I bought.Good Job

The wonderful lady on the phone understood and managed to get me scheduled that day. The power ford guys were… fast and polite. They got me in and out quickly and did a great job. Thanks PowerFord. by freddotty on 06/02/2016We were travelling from San Diego to Los Alamos when, in Flagstaff, our battery died (I believe it was a dead cell). After jump starting we made it to Los Alamos with no problems and many engine starts. The car had to be jumped again. We… were denied service at Santa Fe and drove to Power Ford who received us after hours to do a battery replacement (this is a Friday over the Memorial Day weekend). The staff assured us and replaced the battery (under warranty) for free in a half hours timeWe hope everything was completed to your satisfaction! Safe travels!
