We had them on our F150 and we were out the door in under three hours. Carlos… kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. He even had the technician put on a new serpentine belt when our old one was found to have cracks He even set us up with a rebate fro our tires. We had an expectation of how we would be treated coming in and you met… those expectations both in how you treated us and in negotiating the deal.Outstand Customer service.

At this point I was not sure if I was going to go ahead and do it. He gave me a time quote of about 2.5 hours. I decided to go… ahead and let the change the tires. Every one at the desk was very nice. It ended up taking longer than expected, but he made it right in the end.Power is Great!!!

But when we bring it in , we are told you can not duplicate this situation. I am frustrated that with all the high… powered equipment at your shop you can not diagnose and repair this. FRUSTRATED !!!! Ben Wayland was helpful, as he could be.Our Staff work hard to ensure the quality of care we put into everything we do!
