    visited the dealership2x.Once to test drive&the other to pick up the car.Both times the staff was friendly&helpful.Also,when picking up the car the salesman was particularly helpful by assisting me in setting up my bluetooth&sirius satellite radio.

    Nice and easy. Fair price. Great people! Really know the cars and what is important to customers. Third Acura we got from Bedford hills and will get another one later this year!

    Robert Bello ... what a blessing .. the effort he put in to secure the vehicle and financing .. handing the keys to my dad as it was a gift .. priceless.... word cant say thanx enough.. thanx to Igor for the straight forward approach to presenting / selling the MDX....

    Friendly, informative and dedicated to customer satisfaction. My salesman Igor always gives me detailed information regarding the vehicle I like and always offers alternatives. No pressure on his part. He just wants you to be satisfied.

    The dealership provided a friendly atmosphere. Their pricing is relatively competitive. It was overall a pleasant experience. This was our second MDX from this dealer. We have been driving Honda/Acura for a long time.

  • Bad follow up service

    Extremely disappointed in the after sales service.I bought a used car that had an air conditioning problem SIX DAYS after purchase..refused to fix. Passenger window motor is faulty..again SIX days aftee purchase. So just because it is not brand new and "only" cost 3995.00 I am insignificant...do not purchase a used car here they do jot follow up on their word.

    I was made to feel at home the minute I had to go showroom everything was explained to me chapter and verse down to the last penny I have never had a buying experience from a dealership quite so above board keep up the good work and I will recommend you to anyone looking to buy an Acura

    After a 3 year hiatus, I came back to this dealership because they care about their customers. From the GM to the service dept., I have had only positive experiences. The sales process with Mark was flawless, as was the financing with Robert. Ed introduced himself very soon after I sat down with Mark, and followed up throughout the process. Very pleased and cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Great job.

    No pressure, sales person was knowledgeable. Only issue was the car had a lot of small scratches the dealer could have touched up. I will do it instead.

    I felt Joseph Grecia was very friendly and down to earth, not too pushy and genuinely wanted to work with us to get us the lease price that was in my budget. He gave me an amazing deal and went above and beyond my expectations in giving me a $15k/annum 39 month lease, not the expected $12k/annum lease plus got me out of my existing 2013 Hyundai Sonata lease by buying my remaining 7 months of payments.
