They walked me through the process step by step from the moment I hit the door til they put new keys in my hand… with a big smile and a hug. Purchasing a vehicle is a big step. They made me feel comfortable n served refreshments while I was there.A great buying experience

Stay away from this dealer, I try to lease a 2016 Honda Civic, made a online credit application because I didn't want to waste time, I was pre-aproved, they charged me US$500.00 deposit just for… summit my application, they made me call my Insurance Agent for the car insurance. They ask to my Agent to do the Insurance Policy for the car. The insurance Company charged me the amount for the Car Insurance. The car was ready for delivery and then they called me and told me that the credit application didn't go through because Im not a US Citizen or I don't have a Green Card. Im a Doctor under J1 visa Program. and after all this they still send me congratulations letter for my new car and letter from SiriusXM regarding my account for the Honda Civic. If they can't update account information accurately -- how can you trust them with such a large purchase?!?! Save yourself the trouble and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! At the end of this history I went to Chevrolet of Jersey City and got a very good deal on a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and I was treated like a King.New Car Purchase

The people in the dealership were very friendly and welcoming. My sales rep, Larry Hinds, was extremely… helpful, not pushy, but willing to spend the time with me to go over my options. We discussed different items and he took the time to listen to my situation and help me decide on the right one for me. Larry was knowledgeable about the car and provided good input to me that helped me decide. On the day I picked up the car, another member of the staff, Ramon Suero, took the time to go over the features of the car in detail with me. Ramon is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He helped get me comfortable with my new car. Finally, the finance manager, Kevin, made the final steps of the car buying experience clear and understandable. I would recommend this Honda dealership and Larry, Ramon and Kevin especially if you are looking to get a good car and want to deal with great people.overly excited

by doubles1 on 02/09/2016I want take this opportunity to say that I thank God for Kevin Thompson, Kerwin Glasgow and Kevin Weeks. They were excellent sales and finance consultants. Their actions were sincere and honorable. I bought my 2007 Mercedes Benz to trade in… for a family vehicle. I was very concern that my two grandsons were not safe in such a small car and I needed more room for our large family. My sales consultant was Anthony Thompson who walked me through the display gallery to see what my options were and what would be best for my family. I then met Kerwin Glasgow and together with Anthony they took their time to explain all the benefits and options I had. I was mostly impressed that they did not try to rush or take advantage of me; I felt that they were sincere in providing me with the best customer service. I selected the Honda Pilot Elite and was apprehensive about the financing but Kevin Weeks, exemplify such professionalism by explaining in details the financing process and got me such a low interest rate that completely blew my mind!! My family and I drove out with a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite. Thank you Gentlemen you were all excellent! I also want to acknowledge Ramon Suero who patiently spent time with my son going over the features of the Honda Pilot Elite. He answered all our questions whether it was foolish or not and did a follow-up call the next day to make sure that our driving experience was satisfactory.ZERO STARS

DO NOT GO HERE. they had a good deal online, i called ahead and asked if the car was actually there. I said I didn't want to go in if it wasn't really truly there. They… looked it up said yes, twice, I made an appt to test drive. Get there, ask for the carfaX report and the guy disappears, comes back, dissapears again for another 20 mins. Comes back gain says "sorry the car was sold" "Its not here" bunch of lies i asked how they check it was the same system the girl uses who said it was there Basically it never existed, they list cars as good deals to get you in and try to sell you a new or more expensive car, which is exactly what they did. "The Manager says hes really sorry come back inside we'll give a you a new one for almost the same price". No manager ever appeared again I sat around for 20 mins alone, comes back with a slightly below market price but way more than I can afford. in a color I didn't want. hours later I leave furious for falling for it twice. They are classic dealership [non-permissible content removed] all the way down to the people answering the phone.Dishonest and Unprofessional!

Made an appointment and confirmed that appointment by phone to see a particular car, only when we arrived, we were made to wait 1hr and 15min only to be informed first, that the car was on the… lift and the lift was broken and second, that they would not be able to show us the car that day. If you make an appointment to show a car, wouldn't you think they would have a knowledgeable sales-rep available and the actual car to show?! We drove 45min to get to the dealership- major WASTE of time. Plus, the Sale-rep, AMIRA, had a real attitude and kept us in the dark. When I complained that we were left waiting without being notified of what was going on, she walked away to get the manager muttering "I don't have to deal with this BS"- extremely unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time on this dealership- they are [non-permissible content removed], unprofessional and do not respect the customer.
