Extended warranty work
by wnyguy2003 on 01/15/2016I very much liked the idea that when I went to the dealership to talk about what needs to be done and about being under the extended warranty, they looked up the policy and found out that it would be covered. I went to another dealership… that is a little closer to home and asked the same question and they said "It might be covered, it might not be covered" and that was it. I will drive a little bit farther to keep going to Basil Chevy. Also when I was there I found that a tire went flat and I asked them if they could fill it so I could go and get it fixed and they did that without an issues.Joe basil commercial trucks

by Nick_Zak on 01/13/2016To be completely honest, I was not all that optimistic that I would be leaving Joe Basil Chevy with a new truck. Luckily, I was wrong. I can be a tough customer to deal with when buying a vehicle, but, Trevor did an awesome job! First of… all, he paid attention to what I wanted in a truck; i.e. reasonable payments, added options, etc. Trevor, as well as Diane and Nicole didn't push and prod like other local dealerships on options or accessories or service contracts. I felt no pressure in leasing a vehicle from your dealership. They worked with me on everything even though I didn't purchase accessories and didn't want certain service contracts. When the first numbers came back and I wasn't happy with them, Trevor worked hard to make a deal which I could be satisfied with and he definitely went above and beyond in getting it done. My last three vehicles were GM and I wasn't all that happy with the process in dealing with other Chevy dealerships, as well waiting for hours and hours to finalize things on supposed "express delivery". Trevor constantly apologized for my wait, but, I walked into your dealership at 11am and left with a new truck at 3:15pm and that included a trip home to get paperwork, keys, and wheels for my trade in. I'd say he, as well as Joe Basil Chevy, did a great job with the whole process! Not only will I recommend Joe Basil Chevy to anyone looking for a new vehicle, I'll be giving them Trevor's name, number, and email address! I'll be a Joe Basil Chevy customer for a long time! Thanks!!!!!Trevor has been a great addition to our dealership and it is great to hear one of his customers saying such positive things about their experience with him. We appreciate your business and we hope everything is going well with your new truck!
