    This is my 7th BMW, 3 of them bought at Habberstad. Walter Tarnowski sold me 2 of them he's just a really nice guy. No pressure at all. The service at this place is bar none. always a nice clean BMW loaner car.

    What can I say? I have had the most wonderful experience with Habberstad BMW!! However, one of the main reasons (and, to me, the biggest reason) is because of "UB". I had the pleasure of dealing with him in the past when he was with Habberstad Nissan and was never treated that way again until I came to Habberstad BMW. His caring and professional ways are beyond expectations. A huge asset to Habberstad, to say the least. As a matter of fact, UB is one of the reasons I stepped into this BMW showroom. I would recommend Habberstad BMW to anyone. The service you receive makes you feel so special. It is great being back with the Habberstad family! Thank you.

    This is my 4th BMW, the third one I've acquired from Habberstad. Audra Pittel my sales professional is absolutely wonderful. She's the reason I keep coming back along with the service. Audra is great to deal with, no pressure, always pleasant and professional, and most importantly NO HARD SELL. She doesn't tell you what you want, she asks what YOU want. She's the best, and I love my new 3 Series X-Drive.

    ek-Edit VITO is EXCELLENT!!!! Very Attentive, Knowledgeable, and Experienced. He took the time to go over everything with me. I highly recommend him if you go to HABBERSTAD BMW !   • Worth the drive

    I live in the St James area but I chose to go to Habberstad BMW of Huntington to purchase my new X5. I sat down with Joe Deinzer for 30 minutes and knew I would be getting my new BMW there. The toughest decision was selecting the color and options. I was treated like a member of the family. It was truly a pleasant experience.

    My third purchase from dealership and UB was his usual self. The most pleasant and competent sales advisor I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We built the exact car my wife and I wanted and a seamless process trading in our old vehicles. Can not recommend anyone more highly. I always feel comfortable , knowing that UB will take care of what I want and give a fair deal in return.

    Recently bought a new car from howie (Howard Schulman) and the process was painless, exactly what I wanted he was detailed, explained everything and most important he knew and loved his cars. When buying a BMW go to habberstad and ask for Howard Schulman "howie". It's what the buying process should be like.

    I had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW 4 Series recently from Habberstad BMW and Demetrios Mirissis. It was the easiest car purchase and delivery I've had in 40+ years of car buying experience. They didn't waste my time, they did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they were going to do. There was no high pressure. I would absolutely recommend Habberstad BMW and Demetrios Mirissis if you are looking in to buying a car in the future.

    I worked with Demitri at Habberstad, and was so impressed with his quick responses to any email/phone call question I had... and he went above and beyond to locate a different car for me after I had already given a deposit and signed for one when he saw that I wasn't 100% happy that my car was missing a feature that I liked. What great service/salesmanship!

  • Outstanding Sales Michael Grant

    We live 10 minutes away from Habberstad of Bay Shore but chose to purchase our SUV from Habberstad of Huntington. For one reason - Michael Grant. He was professional, attentive, reasonable, and courteous. We visited the showroom multiple times and each time he followed up with us to ensure that our questions were answered. He had absolutely no sense of entitlement; he simply did his job and did it well. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

  • Great Experience Buying Our First BMW

    Our adventure into purchasing our first BMW luxury SUV began with Truecar that directed us to three dealerships with a "guaranteed" purchase price. Michael Pierleoni, internet sales advisor at Habberstad BMW in Huntington, was the first to respond to our inquiry via email. Understanding that it was inconvenient to speak over the phone, unlike other BMW dealerships, he continued to dialogue with us over email. We eventually did a test drive with Michael and he helped us understand all the capabilities and features of the 2015 X5, even pros and cons of the available 3rd row seat. Not once did our family feel the pressure to purchase as he understood our budget concerns and the desire to speak to other BMW dealerships in the tri-state area to help achieve our budget. Over the course of two months, Michael continued to check in with us periodically via personal emails in a very friendly manner and provided numerous repricing exercises due to our budget constraints. He even alerted us to a local BMW Drive Event where we could get a voucher towards the purchase of a new vehicle. All his estimates and pricing exercises were open book and every fee explained. Michael was even able to alert us to hidden costs/fees in other dealerships' estimates. We eventually reached an out the door number with Michael and Habberstad that was actually lower than the Truecar price. Jay Liardi of Financial Services was even able to secure a finance rate of 1.89% for us over 60 months. We never felt the need to visit another BMW dealership, or speak to any other sales advisors over the phone despite the numerous requests to visit, generic spam emails (never received a generic spam email from Habberstad), and voicemails from them. Not knowing the size of other dealerships, we assume that Habberstad BMW of Huntington is on the smaller side. However as the saying goes, never judge a book from its cover. It was stress-free, pressure-free, and we were more than willing to make the drive from western Queens. We would highly recommend working with Michael Pierleoni to anyone shopping for a BMW.

  • Ended up in a lawsuit

    I brought my '07 BMW 328xi coupe for servicing at BMW Habberstad's Huntington NY location in August of 2013 because of sporadic rough idling and engine shaking. Shortly after paying $1418.49 for the services on August 5th, I drove the car off the lot and returned it minutes after due to the same issue. August 8th, I picked my car up after paying an additional $671.22 and drove the car home. Days later the sporadic rough idling and engine shaking continued. I was hesitant to return for servicing because I could not afford additional payments. After months of dealing with the issue, I finally called to see if they would be willing to take another look at the car free of charge. They said I would have to pay an additional $165.00 plus tax! While also calling to get the full value of the monies paid to the company for the services, their representative whom I spoke with, Bill D, was reluctant to give my the information I needed to mtch the value I had listed. I brought my car to the gas station on the corner and had them diagnose the car for $25.00; they pulled a code from my service engine light. P0301 being the code dealing with the problem I have been experiencing which relates directly to the sporadic rough idling and engine shaking. It was easy enough for my to look up YouTube videos on how to fix the car, yet I have been dealing with this issue for months and paid over $2,000 to have the issue fixed, which was NEVER actually fixed! After dealing with Peter M, a service representative for months, I began asking to work with a manager in getting the car fixed! After picking up my car, I saw my brake light was on. Peter M mentioned that "I needed new brakes" and that it would cost me "about $800.00" to get them fixed. I brought my car to Deer Park Quality Auto for a second opinion to see that my brake sensor was cut and was explained that there was no way that this happened by driving the car, instead it was yanked or cut to trigger the brake sensor. Peter M was reluctant on multiple occasions to allow me to speak with Dave C, their service manager, often picking up his line and saying he was unavailable. On two occasions I called under a to speak with Dave immediately after being denied access by Mr. M who said he was out of the office, and reached him after calling back under a different alias. Finally being able to reach Mr. C, I explained the issue at hand. He seemed distraught and eager to help me fix my car. After about one week of them having my car, they had a BMW corporate representative come down to take a look at the car, finding the problem. After denying to pay an ADDITIONAL $1300.00, the car was returned to me missing my BMW emblem on the front. They tried to tell me that the emblem was missing upon receiving the car. My car was returned to me about 5 times with them stating that the issue at hand had been fixed. In August of 2013 I paid for them to replace or change things in my car, that didn't affect or change my initial and only reason for bringing in the car. BMW of Habberstad has refused since then to actually fix the issue, seeing that they had to bring down a BMW corporate representative, it seems as though they were doing guest work all along.

  • Our BMW Z4

    February of this year my wife and I started leasing a BMW Z4. We love it. We have just returned from Myrtle Beach with it and after 1600 plus miles we were treated to an average of 34.5 mpg over the complete trip. I want to thank Audra Pettel and the whole team at BMW Huntington for making our purchase a comfortable and pleasant experience.     Was shocked with the amazing service I received from the second I walked into the showroom. Kevin and the rest of the team did a fantastic job finding the car that was right for me, and gave me an incredible price. Upon my request the paperwork was done quickly and within a few short hours I was driving around in my Certified 2011 M3. I couldn't be happier with the service, the car, and the price. They have without a doubt earned a great repeat customer.
