by Peter on 03/04/2021I took my wife’s RAV4 in for an oil change but it may not have needed it and the service manager said nothing about that. The RAV is supposed to have oil changes every 10,000 miles but after the service I realized it had only been 7,000… miles and the service manager said nothing about that, and they have all the service records for this car. Maybe they needed the business on a slow night? Also, when I asked a question about what oil they used I couldn’t hear what the service manager said thru his face mask and asked him to repeat it and another manager in the background rudely yelled out an answer, apparently upset that I had asked the question again. This was much worse than the typical service experience at Basil.Great service!

James at the service desk was very kind and informative during my visit… today. Kept me informed of how soon the service would be done, and even helped explain the standard servicing schedule for my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Basil Toyota to my friends and family.Great dealership

When I finally settled with what i wanted and the color not being what i wanted, they found and… brought in the color I preferred. After explaining the vehicle I drove off very happy. He stayed until 10:00 pm to make sure I knew how to use the technology on this truck before I left even though the dealership closed at 9:00pm. Unfortunately the truck was not… properly detailed as I requested. Stains on front seats were not cleaned and I donât think the truck was waxed. Texted Mike when I got home and he immediately called me at about 10:30pm to assure me it would be taken care of. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to insure I was satisfied. Lack of response from your General Manager and Sales Manager to emails they sent to me and I responded back to them surprised me considering the lengths Mike went to to get this deal done. Mike Metz in Finance was also very goodGreat service

by Hopeapcc on 11/27/2018I had been searching for a couple weeks for an SUV. I have owned several different ones in the past and one I loved was the 4Runner Limited. It is a luxury plus full Utility SUV. I knew some key items, I wanted like leather interior, heated… seats, 4x4 and a towing package. Basil Toyota not only found me the right car with the perfect package, but gave me an internet price that was amazing!!! I came into the dealership, which had a fireplace and nice friendly, neighborly feel to it. I was greeted by Sean and told him of the 4Runner, I wanted to purchase and within minutes he came back and said, âYes, that is the price we will sell you this new 2019 exceptional 4Runnerâ! I honestly expected that there would be some additional negotiation and had taken my coat off and was ready for the next round. Nothing. Then I met with George in Finance and expected more dealings and to my surprise, I learned a lot about the additional services and chose not to go in that direction and felt like I was having a beer with a good friend catching up rather than financing a vehicle. They detailed my new SUV since it had been snowing, gave me a full tank of gas, set up my free service appointment for 6 months from now and asked how else could they be of service. They not only sold me a new SUV, but gained my business for life and I made new friends. To say, I would recommend Basil Toyota to my friends and family and co-workers is an understatement. One of the best experiences I have ever had and the price was unbeatable by anyone!!!! Thank you Sean and George and everyone at Basil Toyota!!!
