Tim Simmons was my salesperson and he was incredibly easy to work with, energetic and… knowledgeable about the vehicle. He is a genuinely great guy! The entire staff was very easy to work with and made me feel vindicated in my decision to purchase from this dealership. Some of the staff members that helped me in my purchase process were finance manager James Hawley, Sales Manager Milos Sainovic, and business manager Bryan Johnson. Just an overall fantastic staff. They were able to offer a loaner vehicle on more than one occasion which was tremendously helpful with my work schedule and 3 kids. Eric… Foster, my service advisor was awesome with updates and making sure that the process was as smooth as possible. He knew that what I was experiencing when the vehicle wasn't at the shop was in fact happening and while it took a little time to finally get a diagnoses we did and he was super patient. While Hendrick isn't very convenient as I live in North Raleigh, I prefer to use their service center over the ample service centers that are much closer.Excellent Dealership

by Mema777 on 04/27/2017I am very unhappy and dissatisfied. I brought my car in to have tires, brakes, alignment, and to have a specific sound that I have had them check about before. They said they that it was the rear brake pads shifting while accelerating and… charged me 349.62 to repair and assured me that would correct the problem but did Not. The total for my most recent visit was 1452.19 plus the additional to the other charges a couple of months earlier. I now have a 1700 balance and the sound has not been corrected and they have told me they have no idea what is causing the issue. I also took my car to Hendricks Collision and they did not fix the problem either. I will Never use Hendricks again and I am also looking into filing a small claims court appeal. I have been more than patience and feel that every time I bring my car in they seem to find something wrong with it but cannot fix the problem I brought it in for. Totally ridiculous. I bring my car into the dealership to get premium service Not to be taken for granted. I am a woman of integrity and I expect the same in return. I have given Hendricks Chevrolet many chances to fix the issue and they have not. Lastly, when I picked up my car this last time my gas light was on. I found this to be totally absurd! What would have happened if i did not make it to the gas station and ran out of gas. I am so upset by the poor service i have received. Eric was very polite and understanding but other than that, I have received the worst service in my entire life of owning a car.Made the trip from Florida worthwhile.

We had several Test Drives with other dealerships and they definitely were not well executed. The decision to purchase the… vehicle at this dealership was definitely the way each member of the Team conducted themselves. The vehicle selection, pricing and quality were also factors in purchasing a Chevrolet. I would definitely recommend the Hendrick dealership to my friends, colleagues and to anyone else looking for a positive vehicle shopping and purchasing experience.
