Awesome Experience!
by ajohnson on 08/02/2019I communicated with Matt and then Erick regarding trading my Mercedes GLK350 for a Mercedes E350. This was the easiest, fastest transaction I have ever experienced! No pushing salesmen, no wanting to add 15 different options, no all day… sitting in a dealership waiting for someone's manager's manager's, general manager to approved bartering back and forth. I will be returning and asking for Erick or Matt. I would highly recommend both!Car buying simple as pie

The majority of their inventory is off lease luxury vehicles that are two and three years old. As far as the condition of the vehicles, these are… probably some of the cleanest pre-owned cars I've seen on one lot. I dealt with an associate named Ash. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best part was that I never felt like I was being pressured. The prices are non-negotiable but comparing it to other dealers, Hi Line's are about three to four thousand dollars less than all the other advertised prices. I still have 4 months left on my lease and when that ends I'm definitely planning to come back and purchase a vehicle from Ash.Recommending Hi-Line Garage and Brian Richardson

Definitely a dealership with an honest point of view which meant I felt I could trust that the… vehicle that I was purchasing was what was advertised, considering it was coming to me where I live on the other side of the U.S. And when I got the car, it WAS just what I was hoping for. Giving a shout out for my sales person, Brian Richardson. He was just great .. authentic, responsible, available and got everything regarding the sale so well taken care of that by the time I received my car, I felt like I had bought it from a friend. by Eddietainment on 05/07/2019It was a great experience working with Hi-Line Garage team in making a vehicle purchase for my son. They have a great selection of Pre-owned vehicles! I've purchased many (10+) throughout my life and 90% of the times it seems too long and… drawn out of a process. Matt & Rich both provided great information and insight into the vehicle that eventually purchased. I was impressed with the transparency when Rich went over the Car Fax report before I got a chance to request it. From the vehicle questions, inspections & test drive, to the application & form signing all seemed to take just enough time. I didn't feel captured or like I was in a middle of a home closing. Finally the day after I had calling my insurance company on my to do list but got very busy at work and forgot. I received a call from Geico while I was at work the next day who said they had Chris on the other line from Hi-Line following up on the insurance component. That was another very helpful piece to this whole great car buying experience.Great experience

Prices are fixed and non-negotiable, which was new to me. But the prices were a couple of thousand dollars… less than the others I had seen. I was helped by Asheesh and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles’ features and also about the financing options I had available. by George on 01/22/2019Hi-Line's prices are non-negotiable, which we liked. They charge the price they've listed for a car plus a $700 fee. The only other fees are NC sales taxes and DMV fees. The sales process was low-pressure and very straightforward. Once we… got over to financing, the process was similarly low pressure. Like many dealers, Hi-Line puts out car loans for bids from lenders and you can compare rates. Financing is typically where car dealers get you with confusing options, but again things were very straight forward. We were given the choice of a straight loan, loan + extended warranty, loan + extended warranty + GAP insurance, and loan + extended warranty + GAP insurance + stain treatment. Everything was very well-explained and our detailed questions were all answered entirely to our satisfaction. From end-to-end we felt like things moved very efficiently and again, were low pressure especially by the standards of typical used car dealers. We would definitely buy from them again, and if you're looking for a higher-end vehicle that's just come off a lease they are a very good option.Well worth the drive

The car had only one key fob but the salesperson said he would ask the previous owner for the key and about a month later I received a text that… he had the key.
