    I spoke to a salesperson and manager (Suat) who thoroughly explained the vehicle. I do not live in Charlotte but travel there frequently for work and decided to buy the vehicle from them because of the great experience just looking and… evaluating what to purchase. When a family emergency prevented me from picking the vehicle up, they shipped it to me at a very reasonable price.

    Brought my car in for service first thing in the morning and waited for it to be ready. Was able to have breakfast in the cafe while I waited and got work done on the WiFi. Car was ready when promised. Great experience.

    Town and Country Ford was very helpful in getting my car fixed. They were extremely polite and they turn around time was amazing and I was just a walk-in service customer!

    This was my first car buying experience, and it was wonderful. The staff was very polite and helpful, and used there knowledge and expertise to get me in the car I really wanted. I look forward to returning in the future for my next car,… and many more for years to come. I would recommend Town and Country Ford to all my friends, family, and any one who is thinking of purchasing a car. Simply one of the Best!!

    Brought my 2014 ford focus in for service and my husband and I had the greatest service! The people at Town and Country were so courteous and efficient. We had to leave our car for repair and a rental car was waiting for us and we were on… our way to continue our day with no worries! We will definitely be coming to Town and Country Ford for our future needs!

    I found a car that I loved. It was out of my price range but I told them what I could afford and they made it happen! Everyone there was very nice, particularly my experience guide, Elizah Jackson.

    Marcus Page was very professional, clear, and derailed in what was going to happen with my car. Danielle Blakeney has been very helpful to me over the past few years. She's the reason I bought my new Ford Edge there.

    During my first visit, my Service Advisor (Nolan) informed me that it would take 3-5 days to procure a part. It ended up taking about 6 weeks and Nolan did not make a single attempt to inform me. On my second visit, Nolan said he would call… me when my car was ready; he never did even though I confirmed my phone number with him prior to leaving. I called the next day to inquire and Caitlyn transferred me to Nolan's voice mail without stating a word to me. I called again and Caitlyn said she would page Nolan, then she hung up on me without stating a single word to me.

  • Easy to work with, took good care of me

    I have a Ford Focus, so there was a recall on the transmission not too long ago. Because of my 5 year warranty, Ford was able to give me a free transmission and made it very easy for me to book an appointment. They gave me a replacement car… for the time that they worked on my vehicle (a brand new Ford Fusion!). The only very minor issue was that they told me it would be finished in a day, but it took 31/2 to 4 days.

    The service advisor, Michael, was professional and courteous. Took care of my requests. I was just in shock as to the cost for alignment, rotation, balance, and oil change. Maybe it was my fault for not asking for a total before i… requested the work. But to pay 216$$ that seems a bit high

    I went into the dealership initially through an appointment set by their online service. I was introduced to Jay who was very nice and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the Explorer that I thought I was going to get till I took my… wife and kids with me the next day. Jay wasn't available so he introduced me to Jordan and they worked with me together. Fortunately I took my wife with me because I ended up leaving with a 2015 F-150 King Ranch. If I said I loved it, it would be an understatement by a long shot. Getting all the paperwork completed took a bit longer than I expected because they have a new system using IPads that don't seem to work as seamless as one would hope. It didn't matter all that much though because Jay and Jordan made the experience great. Thanks guys for all the help.

    We shopped around at several car dealerships and looked at many car types before coming to Town and Country Ford. We were very pleased with the whole sales process we experienced there. The service and knowledge and low pressure sales… was honestly what helped us make our decision to buy from them. Very positive experience.
