Had a great sales experience with the Germain Dublin location. All the sales people are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with appreciated the tech overview before leaving the lot. Lots of features to my ES 350 so it was nice to… have somebody walk me through all of them

I feel that the people at Germain Dublin are up front and helpful with suggestions. My cousin accompanies me on big decisions like this, and his family has bought several cars here. Throughout the day, we corresponded until a purchase price was agreed upon. William was very helpful during… the process. A test drive was scheduled for the following day. William gave us an overview of the car and answered our questions. After the test drive, my wife and I knew this was the car we wanted. The actual purchase process went smoothly as well, starting with William, then B.J. (Financial person), then Christina who did a great job explaining the car's features. Overall, this was a very positive car purchasing experience. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and made us happy to be new Lexus owners.Germain Sets the Bar for Customer Service!
by CLarkins on 05/20/2019It was a rainy Saturday and I had an option to end my lease for my current Lexus 3 months early. My husband and I decided to drive through the lot and 'just look'. I even told him that I was not in the mood to test drive anything. A… minute or so after we drove up and got out of our car; a salesman came walking up and the first thing I noticed was his welcoming smile , Clay Armstrong. Long story short; I ended up test driving a GX 460. We met Todd Mathews and he presented a very aggressive offer which had our attention; and a week later the lease deal was made! Todd and Clay both articulated how they wanted to develop a customer relationship with us since we had worked with the Toledo Lexus for my last 2 vehicles. Clay was very attentive and communicative during the process which was very easy and pleasant. The day I picked up my vehicle I met Chris Owens their Tech Specialist and she reviewed all of the GX options and how everything worked. She was so patient and fun to work with! I felt like I had known her along time! Lastly Clint Boyd made the Financial piece quick and painless! I have had my previous Lexus vehicles serviced by Germain (Cassy is AWESOME!) but this was my first leasing experience. I cannot say enough great things about the Dublin team! Thank you for such a pleasant experience and why would I want to go anywhere else? The salesman really listened to what I wanted and he found the exact car. He took time to explain the… features and get the app. The finance person also did an exceptional job of explaining. The tech expert took so much time explaining everything and making sure everything was set and I knew how to make changes. I left totally comfortable. I’m sure they were all happy I purchased a car, but I really felt like they personally wanted me to be very happy with my purchase. My first visit to the dealership, he walked the car with me and let me take it out for a test drive. We talked via… email for a couple days and he answered all my questions. When went back up to see the car again, he was waiting for us and answered last questions. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy. He is super professional, put everything we should know from the vehicle itself and the service/warranty offered by both Lexus… and Germain Lexus. We had visited another Lexus dealer twice but the sales representative never mentioned free maintenance of 2 yrs and Germain lifetime powertrain warranty to us. As a buyer this is very important! After we had talked to Will for half hour, we decided to make the purchase! The procedure was detailed and concise, we drove the car home within 2 hours staying at the dealership. Nice car buying experience

The salesperson, Marc, was very nice and low pressure when I test drove the vehicle. The buying experience was easy. My online research showed the… car was priced fairly. The salesperson said he replaced the bumper because a crack was found, and new tires were put on. All the car's features were thoroughly explained before I left the dealership after the purchase.We're pleased to hear that you were able to find the Lexus you were looking for and that working with Marc was a great experience.
