He went way beyond helping me in taking me to return my old lease vehicle, even though it was not a Nissan. He called me a few days later to… make sure I was enjoying the car and to ask if I had any questions. The whole staff at the dealership was friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate about his job. I would never go anywhere else… to purchase a car. by Sleepyrx on 03/02/2015This dealership is great! I live over 1200 miles away in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and purchased my Nissan GT-R online from Big Nissan, North Olmsted. They made the buying process so easy, and always responded very promptly. They actually give… car dealers a good name! They were extremely helpful and also are very honest. When searching and pricing the car locally, I noticed that the dealerships were playing games, and very dishonest/deceiving, which is why I started looking online from dealerships across the country. I had 2 other dealers online, offer the same price or better. I put down a deposit from one dealership that was closer to me (and $400 cheaper to ship from, and included a couple extra add-ons included for the same price.) However, I was not happy with their customer service, as their responses were always delayed by at least a day, didn't always get a response, and went back on their word for some items. To the point that I started looking elsewhere for a my Nissan GT-R. And I'm glad I did, as I was able to find Big Nissan, North Olmsted, OH. Had I not had the pleasure of dealing with Big Nissan, North Olmsted, I would have regrettably gone through with my first deal. On the other hand, the customer service from Big Nissan, North Olmsted was exceptional! I honestly have to say, that Rob Chizmar, Dale Jungeberg and Lane from the finance dept, were absolutely phenomenal to deal with, and if I'm ever in the market for another Nissan, I would definitely purchase from Big Nissan, North Olmsted again. I would recommend anyone purchasing a Nissan, to purchase their car from Big Nissan.Best Dealer experience ever
