    I am beyond livid. I went with my father to buy a car and it is unbelievable how sexist these salesmen are. The salesman only spoke with my father and refused to show me any vehicles other than the one my dad pointed out. Against my wishes, paperwork was drawn up and a price was negotiated without once consulting me even though the car would be in my name. The man even acknowledged that he knew I didn’t want the car he was selling and yet allowed my father to pressure me into signing the paperwork because all they are after is your money. When I took the car back to attempt to exchange it for something else on their lot they refused to even give me a credit in the amount paid even though I had only put 20 miles on the car. On top of all of that they promised to fix any problems the car had and detail it before I picked it up. There were dead bugs in the back seat and caked on dirt on the interior handles and steering wheel.

  • Found the car my wife was looking for .

    After seeing some of Bob Howard's cars advertised on line at very competitive prices I called their internet sales department and was able to reach a deal over the phone . About 3 days later We closed the deal and I drove my new GMC Terrain home to Texas . It had been 8 years since we had bought a new vehicle and things have changed . The one thing that bothered me was EVERY dealer I looked at had $ 1500 to $1900 add ons on every car . I don't like buying over priced things I don't really want but all the dealers seem to do this now . However price we paid at Bob Howard was still less than I found at other dealers where I looked .

  • Dip spit on my seat. Still had an error light on when I picked the car up.

    I paid $1400 for an electrical issue. They didnt test the battery until a week after starting the work. The battery was nearly new. When I picked up the car from service there was still an error light on. They fixed the issue, but said they didn’t cause the new light and although they did fix it before I left that “the car has 130,000 miles, it could break on the way home and it’s not their fault”. There was someone’s tobacco dip spit on my passenger seat. I’ve never had a bad experience with BH before this (so I’ll give them more than 1 star), but it was so bad I don’t think I can ever return. They took over a week to fix the car and spit their dip in it. Insane.
  • Poor Customer Service

    I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and still had over a two hour wait for an oil change and alignment. They also charged more than what their website quoted. Instead of correcting the issue, all three associates argued and give me two reasons as to why that is, 1. website prices are not correct (not my fault) 2. That it was “Houston’s” fault (not sure if Houston is an employee, location that manages the prices or it was meant as a joke). They never did correct the price. I paid the full amount and told them that I would not use them again. Their response was simply “we’re sorry”. As I was leaving I received the most sarcastic HAVE A GREAT DAY. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Bob Howard.
  • Tahoe Service & Warranty

    Just wanted to give David Hoffman from Bob Moore Buick in Edmond, Oklahoma service department for taking care of our service needs for our 2015 Chevy Tahoe. He has been our service advisor for nearly 3 years now and has been really honest on what services are required and does not try to push on other services that are not needed or if they are, he will suggest to wait when we are ready. We had some major services done as well as some warranty rework. He also managed to reduce some of the costs of the repairs and he reminded us of our GM rewards and was able to also apply it to the total cost. We are so thankful for his great service and he’s not only that he take la pride of what he does, he will take care of you down to the last penny! Thanks again David! Keep up the amazing work you do!

  • New car sales experience

    Our salesman was actually a used car salesman that was my first contact looking to trade my 2020 Gmc Yukon Denali for a new 2023 one…. Had several to choose from… we settled on another silver Yukon xl Used salesman was assisted in the deal by a new car salesman …though neither one could make “a deal decision”…. Enter the new car sales Mgr …he eventually got my offer accepted by the dealership general manager… process took over 2hrs until 9.pm Sales Mgr kept “pushing” to close, write diff check, Sign all legal docs … tonite ,now.. I told him my offer would stand and do paperwork tomorrow. He finally conceded before I told him to “forget it” It took another 2hrs the next day to determine what I wanted to close the deal… push push push again at business office to sell me parts,equipment,and extra warranty. Listen to me… I don’t want any extra anything,get it?… told me it was his “job” and must offer extras…had to sign another “waiver”… do not want any extras!… what can’t you understand man! Upon delivery of new 2023 Yukon Denali xL next day as trade with clear title provided in clean/clear title form The salesman initially contact , had to have deal approved by GM… one more time. Another 1 hr. Wait. Finally got the keys to new vehicle… salesman to provide “personal walk around to explain all vehicle operations,thru ONSTAR ..which he could not accomplish. ONSTAR ap could not be acceded..after several attempts another hour has passed.. now “6 pm Been at dealership 3hrs to take delivery and write a difference check…
