    Total convenience, I work nearby so I was easily able to drop the car off and not lose work time. It was really appreciated that they called me when it was ready to be picked up - which was quicker then expected!

    I enjoy that the service team is very attentive to each customer and going so far as walking you to the waiting room to show you where you can wait. They ask my name and make sure to let me know they are working on my vehicle to get me going on my way.

    I have always had a good experience at Dick's Honda in Hillsboro, but I did consider going somewhere closer to home. However, I am so glad I came in! From the time I first arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful but not pushy. I ended up with the perfect car for me!

    My salesman Alex was very straight forward in answering all my questions. He spent hours with me, helping me to pick out just the right vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured in to a sale. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful . I appreciated having drinks and snacks available!

    Just about everything: nice and professional crew; quick service; nice lounge with refreshments, and now with a working desk where I was able to put my laptop and, thanks to your Wi-Fi, was able to work while waiting for the car.

    Carlos was outstanding! He struck the perfect balance between responsiveness, proactively communicating the benefits and features of the Honda vehicle we were interested in, and respecting our need for time to consider our options. This must be one of the more challenging aspects of hiring the right sales personnel for an auto dealership. Well, Dick's Hillsboro Honda made a superb choice when hiring Mr. Davila. As a former military officer and leadership instructor, I encourage you to continue grooming and challenging this exceptional individual. We also appreciated the professionalism and relaxed approach of the other two gentlemen (Jeremy and the Finance Specialist whose name escapes me).

    The customer service from start to finish was outstanding!! When I pulled in I was greeted by a friendly face (don't remember his name), and he went over everything with me and told me my Service Advisor was Paul Gomez. My oil change and wiper blades replacement took just over an hour, which I think was timely. Paul was very friendly, efficient and a wonderful representative of your service department.

    The Honda service Department is one of the best service department I have visited. I had a Eng light on and they diagnose it to be my rear catalyst converter they place a order and arrived within 3-5days. My Experience was great service manager took the time to explain the defective component and made some recommendation. I would definitely recommend Honda service Department.
