We had a specific price range that I was looking to be in and he was able to give me… multiple options and choices in that specific price range. He was never pushy and never tried to sell me something that I really wasnt looking to purchase. I will defiantly be purchasing me and my wifes future vehicles from this same dealership. This is a buyers Dealership not a Dealer that is there to sell. Great experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee. Even dealing with Aaron Park in finance was a great experience everyone I talked to or walked by in this place was very friendly and the whole place had a great atmosphere about it.Julio Olivera

To me his experience knows that customers time is valuable. Having the new jeep… up front and ready to test drive and ready to appraise my trade in while test driving the new jeep. After the test drive Julio was through and cut to the chase of price negotiations. I like more than anything of his rapid but through service. What impressed me the most is before my arrival I e-mailed the internet sales team and advised my ETA. Julio called me… during my 1 hour drive to the dealership. As so as I arrived I noticed immediately the jeep I was inquiring about was parked up front, washed and ready to go. What saves valuable time of car buying with a trade is appraisal. The minute I met Julio he asked for my keys and off he went to give my keys to the appraisal department. Then while the car was being appraised we test drove the new jeep. With Julio's thoroughness, cutting to the chase, and valued time the whole process of buying my new jeep was less than 2 1/2 hours. Thanks to Julio and the teamAwesome!

by JEEPnoob on 02/27/2015My experience with the car salesman, Julio, was fantastic. Julio was very informative, friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with. I give Julio a perfect "10". My dissatisfaction is with the finance/warranty person, Kian Kalogli. I… was lied to, misinformed and manipulated multiple times by him regarding the warranty price, terms, coverage, etc. I canceled the 1st warranty due to his dishonesty, he then convinced me to purchase a 2nd warranty through Chrysler. After contacting Chrysler directly to obtain more information regarding the new warranty I realized that he had lied about the warranty coverage and price again. At this point I requested that he cancel the warranty all together and revise my financing package. When I received the revised financing package I noticed that he added a $475 fee to my financing statement. I refused to sign the financing paperwork. He finally corrected everything after numerous complaints and several days. His boss, Bob, subsequently called to offer me a 3rd yr of free oil changes due to my unpleasant experience. The contract that covered the 3rd yr of free oil changes was completely bogus and invalid as the effective date overlaps my 1st year of free oil changes that are included w the purchase of the car. I called Bob to inform him and left him a vm, he failed to return my call. I will never do business with this dealership again and will deter all friends and future customers away from them given the lies and manipulation I experienced at this location. Kians behavior was completely fraudulent; I cannot imagine how many customers purchased a warranty w/out reviewing their contract, but relying solely on what Kian has told them. Very unprofessional and slimy in my opinion. I was fortunate enough to notice this before it was too late. I have never experienced this type of behavior in my entire life, doing business in this manner is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. For the sake of their future customers, I hope this behavior is rectified.Amazing

The sales rep helped me in every way possible. This is a buyers Dealership not a Dealer that is there… to sell. Great experience buying my new truck.EASIEST DEALERSHIP TO WORK WITH!

Doug allowed me to take my time and helped me learn about the features of… different vehicles. I never felt rushed, I was allowed to take my time and decide on a vehicle I wanted. Once getting the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted I was able to meet with Aaron to fill out paperwork which was a just as pleasureable experience. I will never buy a car from anyone else!!excellent service and staff

They were great to work with and beat every other dealers price by at least $2000 and that included all the modifications I had them do to the vehicle. I… worked with Phillip Lemp and Doug Neems and they were both great. No tricks, no switches, just straight forward and honest. They made the buying experience easy and hassle free! by Gu3 on 01/03/2015I had a very specific car in mind, and for various reasons didn't want to wait for a factory order. Much we searching revealed my car @ Stateline Dodge. A few e-mails later, and Britton Hampton from Stateline Dodge was hard at work… answering questions and making sure the car I had found through the website was available and exactly what I wanted. After a few confirmations, we negotiated the price, and this too was painless. Stateline gave me a great deal, and despite me being 2 States away, arranged for delivery to my doorstep, and a trade in of my older car. The car showed up at my home the next day, and I couldn't be more pleased. The driver was courteous and delivered my car in perfect condition. Britton was responsive to a few questions that popped up during the transfer, and has since been responsive when I had a couple of post-sale questions. Frankly, this has been an utterly amazing experience, and while I have bought more than 15 cars over the years, and 3 Brand New MOPARS, this has been the best and easiest experience to date.
