Taylor Clark, service advisor, welcomed us, gave us an approximate completion time, and gave us updates on the work progress. Because we were having work done… on both of our vehicles, he saw to it that we had a loaner vehicle and were able to leave the dealership to run some personal business. From the moment we walked in Logan Jones was a great help, We ended up closing the deal with Doug Grammer because he was… originally our Online sales agent. But they were Both outstanding to us. I have to say we were treated like family by the most honest and helpful staff. We especially need to mention Larry White for going above and beyond to make this deal happen and putting up with me. We ended up with the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon which is a beautiful FireCracker Red that gives us EVERYTHING we wanted in a Jeep. The only thing the Jeep was missing was the Tow Hitch package and they threw that in also. We would recommend Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chattanooga to anyone looking for a great selection of vehicles and for those people who are looking for fast friendly and a knowledgeable staff!
