One of the best truck buying experiences

Smooth, straight forward deal

by SteveMoskito on 11/25/2023So far I am really impressed with my 2024 Mustang GT Premium. It is a beautiful car (the most beautiful Mustang Ford built since the early 1970s). I hope that it will serve me well for many years to come. I have researched the inventories… of all Ford dealerships in the 60 miles radius of my home town of College Station. Gullo had by far the best selection of Mustangs. I submitted my online request for a quote Saturday night (after business hours) and received the quote well before 9 am on Monday. They offered me a good deal. I filled the financing papers online and chose a late pick up time (6:30 pm). At the dealership everyone was courteous and professional. Test drive and paper work went smoothly and I received the car nicely detailed.2023 Ford Explorer Limited

by BRIANSC on 10/13/2023The transmission on our Murano suddenly needed replacement, placing my wife in an immediate need of a vehicle. Placing us in a somewhat desperate situation, we quickly found a deal on an SUV at Gullo that was hard to pass up. What should… have been a simple process considering I was pre-approved by my credit union and my wife was ready to leave a down payment the same day she test drove the vehicle, this place just could not make anything simple. For some reason the salesman could not take the debit card down payment, but by day's end, he was asking my wife when she could return to leave the payment. My credit union informed me that Gullo would only accept a cashier's check and that I would be bringing the check with me when I picked up the vehicle; however, they asked the C.U. to send them a photo of the check while they waited, something my C.U. said they have never been asked before. Gullo contacted me more than once wanting to know when I would be there, even though I made it quite clear of the game plan. It was almost as though they thought I was going to back out on the deal, even though they spoke with my C.U. and had our down payment. Believe it or not, the day before I was to pick up the vehicle, the SUV was still shown to be for sale and they informed me the price was lowered, after the check had already been made. Not sure why they did it, but good for me because I received an overpayment check, although I had to remind them of the new price which they weren't going to bring up when I picked up the vehicle. Oh, and the morning I picked up the vehicle, I listed to two salesmen cursing at one another over the sale of a vehicle apparently one took from the other. Highly professional. My wife told me to walk away from this place if they angered me once more when I went to pick up the car. Had it not been for our situation, the current state of car buying our country is experiencing, and Gullo having the car I needed, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place to any of my family or friends and will tell them all what I experienced.Ford Lightning

I found their dealership online and they were very professional and easy to work with. We took took care of the financial… arrangements and I flew out to pick up the truck and drive it back to California. It was a long drive home but I learned a lot about the lightning and ts features as well as how the chargin networks operate. Gullo Ford followed up with me days afterwards to ask about about my experience with the truck so far and if I had any questions. That is a first for me. Would I do it again? Absolutely. It was worth going the extra mile(s) to do business with Gullo Ford.Great place to buy a vehicle
