    Sean Breland our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was low stress. The staff was also very cognizant of our time. Thanks for a great experience.

    The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to assist my wife and I and our two kids, The buying process was smooth and done in a timely manner.     Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the Gullo experience. Emmitt was an incredible salesperson; very knowledgeable, kind and caring. We came in very uncertain about being able to get the right deal with our trade in and we left completely satisfied with the exact vehicle my wife had been dreaming of!

    Jon Richardson did everything right. We got a great price. We bought a new F350 and after thinking we had the right truck; changed to another color...he made it no problem. Jon was also very accommodating in working with us on our actual delivery date. Our experience with Gullo Ford has been great; from Sales to Service - we are treated as a value customer. And that feeling of being a valued customer is not common in today's market place. Thanks Gullo Ford - you are our preferred dealership!

    Buying my F-150 at gullo ford was the best buying exsperance I have out of the 17 new vehicles I have bought in the past. My sells person was Matt Lungsford. He called me back and talked to me like a person not like a sells man. I went to planet ford before coming to gullo and it was by far the worst exsperance I have had looking at vehicles. I am so glade that planet ford didn't want to work with me because that made me go to gullo ford. Mr. Lunsford and the finance dep were so helpfully in the buying of my truck. I will be back in the future to purchase a suv for my wife. I would like this chance to say thank you to Matt Lunsford and the gullo team.

    Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgable. Jeff Murry, Garry Moore, Mary Chang. Also, after sale, Linda in accessories was a big help getting my bed cover ordered and installed. I purchased a F-250 truck.i am very satisfied with the Gullo experience. I will definitely by my next vehicle from Gullo Ford.

    I came here after comparing other dealerships although they never would actually beat any of them I went ahead and went through them. That has been the worst thing I have done. Everything has been slow no one cared about your time. Even the negotiation process was slow it was like they made you wait on purpose because they had that little of respect for your time. They do NOT keep you informed either. I didn't find out till I was pretty much done signing the paperwork that they put me as a cosigner and not the owner of the vwhiclemail. It was my vehicle why would I want someone else's name as the primary buyer. They sent the papers home with me to get the cosigner to sign them then when I returned them instead of checking to see if it was all complete and give me my copy they say oh well we will let you know and mail you your copies because why should they be expected to do something right the I am on their time right . Overall go on down to planet ford I didn't listen to my friends which I now regret.
    • Justin, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and I am so sorry about the miscommunication. The negotiation process took a bit longer than usual because the cosigner was not present and it took a bit more time to get all their paper work in. I also apologize that it was not thoroughly explained in finance why your cosigner was put as the primary buyer, but this had to be done for credit purposes. The bank would not allow the purchase of the vehicle to be made with you as the primary buyer. If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to your salesman or to a manager, we want you to be 100% satisfied in your purchase.

    • Not only was I lied about in the buying process but they didn't apply my 250 down payment assistance or my 500 college assistance I asked two times about pulling up transcripts to which no one obliged me at the dealership. When my paperwork was finally returned to me I checked for myself and surprise surprise yall lied it was no where in there the 250 or 500.

    You have the most honest dealing dealership I have dealt with in all my 69 years. It's truly genuine before and after the sale I have already found out. I'm sure I shouldn't mention any names but would love to.

    This is my 9th car purchased from Gullo Ford. My second Escape. I am exceptionally pleased with the entire process. Luke Jones made the experience very easy and took care of everything. Finance was helpful, explained all details and arranged all terms to my needs. I am totally happy with my purchase and will continue to use Gullo Ford.

    I have just purchased my 5th Ford Expedition with 4 of them being purchased from Gullo Ford. Having moved from the area I was in the market to buy a new 2016 Expedition. I checked out the Ford Dealers in my area and decided to reach out to the Gullo Internet sales manager. I told him exactly what I was looking for in color, options, and price. He was able to locate the vehicle and we set a date for me to pick up my new SUV. As in the past I was not disappointed in the professional service I received. I feel the people that I have worked with at Gullo Ford are exceptional and go beyond most car dealers to earn your business. Something that I liked most of all was dealing with the same person that I had over the years. The next time I am in the market to purchase a new vehicle I will be calling Daryle Nelson with Gullo first.

    I drive a 2005 Lincoln Towncar. While in Houston for cancer treatment, I had occasion to go to the Lincoln dealership on I45 first for a recall and later as something failed in the engine compartment and my car was flooded with water. After the repair work was done, my car was returned to me with grease all over my tan leather interior. Though after bringing it to the dealership's attention the interior was cleaned, the way I was treated was not what one would think when they had clearly NOT made certain my car was returned to me in the condition it was when I brought it it. My car has always been taken care of at my local dealership in my home town since I bought it in 2006. After 3 years of traveling back and forth, I decided to move to Houston full time. I was not going to go back to the Lincoln dealership so I decided to give Gullo Ford a try as I prefer all work be done at a dealership. They were wonderful. I arrived 30 minutes early and at least 4 people apologized for the wait. It was not their fault. The work was completed promptly. The service writer explained what they have done and what they recommended be done. When I told him I had had work done to include the recommended repairs for 150K miles, he contacted my previous dealership and corrected the recommendations. I came away feeling appreciated and that they were honest about necessary work. I am a widow and as such always worry that people may be tempted to recommend repairs that are not necessary because we may not be that educated about cars. Again, I liked the people I came in contact with and will definitely go back. I feel I may have just found my Texas dealership to take care of my car.

    Serivce here is a joke. Service advisors come and go like the wind. One will tell you a price and if you bring it back the next week the price has changed! The only reason I was going here was to get the "Ford" warranty. Well come to find out, that is a JOKE too. Gullo did repairs on my truck and did not do it right. They refuse to warranty it. (We are talking $1000 dollars) I even called Corporate and they told me each Ford is individually owned and they could not do anything. If you go here you are wasting money and the service is HORRIBLE.

I was advised that we also spoke to Ford corporate and they told us that we would not be the ones to warranty that part but the other dealer who replaced it. I know that is not what you want to hear and I apologize. I wish the other dealer had not waited so many months to get back to you so that we could have been more involved.

    I just purchased a 2015 Ford Flex SEL from Gullo Ford in Conroe, Tx. This was my third purchase from Gullo, and once again...a completely painless experience! Dan Alfred knew exactly the vehicle that I wanted (having test driven it a few days before) and ensured that all was in place to proceed smoothly upon my arrival. The dealership met the trade-in offer I'd received from a competitor, without hesitation. Not once, during all of my buying experiences with Gullo, have I ever felt pressured in any regard. I consider Dan to be an outstanding representative for Gullo and would seek his sales assistance again without hesitation. And I must commend Mary Chan, the very sweet lady who finalized my sales and contract documents. She too created a very relaxed atmosphere. And while offering me the option to purchase the Ford Extended Warranty, she never tried pressuring me to purchase it, but simply provided the benefits thereof. While I've opted not to currently participate in it, I can assure you that I'll be giving it some very serious thought as I approach the end of the standard bumper-to-bumper warranty! Since I plan to hold onto my Flex for many years, that extended 150K Mile coverage is something to seriously ponder! To Dan, Mary and Mr. Gullo, I say "Job well done, and thank you very much for making it such a pleasant experience for me...again!" PS: The Flex is the ultimate in smooth roomy ride comfort! My wife quickly came up with our new FORD acronym (as a counter to the "old" one): For Our Retirement Days.😃
