Oil change
by Beverly on 09/04/2018Had a 3:30 appointment for an oil change didn’t leave till 5:15. Service advisor Donna was very nice and friendly but didn’t go over any of the findings that the technician marked on my form. Andrew Solis was a MUCH better advisor last time… I can in for an oil change, He explained everything going on with my car prior to having it serviced. The technician marked I needed tires rotated and balanced when I had just had new tires installed on 08/30/18 and balanced. So how truthful are the technicians????BMW Recall

Almost the entire transaction was completed remote, except financing. The only thing is I would have… welcomed a small tutorial on the most used features, keyless entry, Bluetooth, navigation etc. However he does work at a BMW dealership not a Mazda dealership! Lol They also replaced the battery on the vehicle the day I picked it up, since it was dead. It’s so awesome to have the dealership looking out for those minor details. Air Conditioner

He explained the process and scheduled my shuttle ride (which was actually a nice BMW SUV) to work.… Picked my car and everyone is extremely courteous, professional and kind. by Nicklette on 09/27/2017Drove from Houston to purchase vehicle after Hurricane Harvey. Upon test drive with salesman, key wouldn't work after changing the battery. Eventually the car started with the glitchy key. Got car back to Houston and the key gave the same… issues the next day. Paid tow truck to bring car to dealership and was told key was defective and that it takes 3 days for new key to come in (towed car back home). Houston dealership called BMW of Dallas and informed them of the situation. On day 2 of having car, BMW said they weren't paying for replacement key. The manager named Ryan impolitely told me that I only had a certain number of miles that I could put on the Audi before returning it within my 5 day grace period. BMW used my poor sweet salesman, Gary Abbas, to lead me to believe that they would reimburse me for the tow bill and new key long enough for my 5 day return period to pass. Gary Abbas, my car salesman is the sole reason this gets 1 star. I hated that I couldn't refer my other 5 family members who drove to Dallas to purchase new vehicles to him based upon the unprofessionalism and lies his company, BMW, operates under. Found this car under USAA car buying service for military members, which had the manager, Tania listed as a point of contact. I left a message for her through another one of her "managers" and never received a call back from her. Military people beware!530i

The Mini Cooper computer alerted that the State Inspection was due and Mini performed the testing quickly AND washed the car just like you would expect from a car… maker on the level of Mini and BMW! The staff was enjoyable and friendly. Going back to Mini of Dallas is like going back to a family reunion minus the negatives. We end up smiling laughing and just being happy by the time the car is ready.BMW Dallas is superb!
