    I received a letter yesterday in the mail from your credit department contradictory to what they told me. First off, I was told that I had to come into an appointment and that nothing could be discussed over the phone - so I did . The sales associate wasn't even there when I got there. So I met with someone else - I was told that everything was approved with a co-signer and send that information. The sales man gave me their email and telephone number However, they refused to reply to either. I am appalled that I even received a letter of denial weeks after the fact. The business sense is appalling and I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealership whatsoever to purchase a new or even used vehicle.

    Nissan staffs were kind and friendly. They take time to explain to customers what they are asking for. No matter how busy the store was, I was entertained with courtesy and professionalism.

    It was ok. It questioned the mikeage 1200 miles on a new car. I thought that was pretty high! Necer bought new car beforw with more that 10 miles on it!

  • BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    I brought a 2016 Chrysler 300 on April 17. Drove off with the car that night only to see it had several problems, the sun roof didn’t open up all the way, the curtains (back window) would not close & the car needed the brakes fixed. Along with minor issues that were so noticeable on the inside. The car had BLACK stains on khaki color inside. I called Jessica DeLeon immediately to tell her about all the issues the car had. I was told not to worry the car would have all that fixed ASAP. The next day April 18th I dropped the car off at the dealership & handed the keys over to Armando. Armando clearly told me he would try his best to have the car ready that day! Little did I know the car would be their for 44 days (to this moment I’m writing the review it’s still in the shop). Unbelievable the weekend came by & we thought it was normal for a big dealership to take a couple of days on your car given the fact that they are a high volume dealership. We were told the car would be ready Monday April 23. Monday came by no word from the dealership or Jessica. By Wednesday we called & asked what the status was on the car. The car had been in the shop for a whole week by then. What’s funny is that they never gave us a curtesy call to atleast let us know the car was not ready. Nope this keept going on for weeks & weeks. Soon we were told the car had “warranty with Chrysler” so they would be sending the car to Chrysler over the weekend of April 27th. So that was another set back. Jessica said the car would be ready April 30th. Once again no call or even a text. Still they needed more time. May 1st Jessica calls & says “the request for the car to be sent to Chrysler” was never made. The lady that was supposed to do it didn’t do it. So she said she personally put in the request. Once again we keep waiting, after that it just became to unbelievable to think the car had been their for over 3 weeks. My husband called obviously VERY upset by now demanding answers. He finally spoke to the service manager who said they ordered the part to fix the sunroof. They now had NO date for the part to arrive. SO THAT WEEKEND THE CAR WAS AT CRYSLER WAS ALL A WASTE OF TIME. Obviously the car was NEVER sent to crysler so they lied! Last thing we heard was the car would be ready by the end of the month. Called May 11th to check on the progress of the car. They put me on hold for someone named “Iddy” who never answered or called back. I called again requesting to talk to “Iddy” they said she was not working that day. So they put me on hold for someone they knew was not working that day. I told them to stop wasting my time putting me on hold for someone they knew wasn’t working, at least be straight forward & say the person you are looking for is not here. Period. So I told them to put someone else on the phone that could give me answers. That’s when they said they would have Armando call me back. They took my name & number & said he would call me back that day (May 11th) turns out today is May 31st & I still haven’t received a call back. So unprofessional. There is no excuse to any of this. Lastly today is the end of the month. They said the car would be ready today. So I called 2 hours ago, after calling several times & getting Armando’s cell phone number from the lady in the front desk we finally got a hold of him. He said he would call back before 8 today so we can pick the car up. We asked if the sunroof, curtains & brakes were fixed he said he was unaware of the curtains after my husband specifically told him in his face April 18th the day he dropped off the car. He said he will call us when the car is ready so we can pick it up & see if they fixed everything else besides the sunroof. How does that even make sence? I’m making this long review to let people know exactly what happed, how unprofessional of them to never call ahead of time to atleast let us know the car won’t be ready like they said. Never call us back. So right now we are waiting on a call to go pick up the car. Even at that they can’t even guarantee everything was fixed. 44 DAYS LATER & THEY STILL CANT GUARANTEE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. To be honest I don’t even think they’ll call. I gave up on believing the words coming out of their mouth. The worst part of this ALL is tomorrow June 1st is our first payment to a car we haven’t even had the chance to enjoy. That’s a damn shame. Get it together! You sure do have some very very un pleased customers.

  • Central Houston Nissan: Fallen to the level of a typical Dealership

    Regrettably, Central Houston Nissan has descended to the level of your typical Dealership: low customer service / satisfaction, 'nickle & diming' (they would not even throw in a tiny bottle of touch-up paint), and squeezing the last penny from the customer buying, in my case, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan. This was my third (and LAST) time that I have purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, since 2008. Something has changed at this dealership, and not for the better. The first buying experience was very good, the second experience was just OK, and this most recent purchase experience was terrible. I still highly recommend the Service Department, but would advise anyone who will listen to purchase your vehicle somewhere else.

    Sadly, Central Houston Nissan has fallen to the odious level of the typical car dealership: poor customer service, 'nickle-diming' and overall squeezing the customer for every last penny that can be extracted. This was my third (and LAST) purchase of a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership going back to 2010. The first experience was fantastic, the second experience was just OK, this current experience was awful. I got ripped on the APR for financing with them even with a 790 FICO score! I got ripped on the 'Dealer Prep" charges (which is nothing more than another overt way to boost profits on top of the purchase price of the vehicle). I got ripped on the complimentary oil change maintenance, and I got ripped on having to pay for a second set of keys. Up until this most current experience I would have recommended Central Houston Nissan for new and used car sales. Now, I recommend that you go elsewhere if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle of any brand. I do still endorse the Service Department, however. Very, very unfortunate - especially given the impressive new expansion of the dealership which is soon to be completed.
