I contacted Mack Haik Chevrolet in desperate need for a car. I spoke with Mr Wolfe and Horace Manual who asked me what I was looking for and to come into the dealership to see. They took excellent care of me. The process was much faster… than I anticipated and I left that day with my new car! Best experience ever.

by gtaylo on 01/14/2015After we signed for our car and were approved with money in place, we had to sit and wait for two hours while our papers were being "processed." Finally, we went to advise the receptionist to either cancel our car or let us get the final… part of the purchase at this time. We were then ushered in to complete our transaction. Of course, many reasons were given for the delay, but the wait was far too long. Also, I bought a 2014 Infinity and still have not received the manual. I know I can download it and copy pages to put in my car. But after this much time, (two weeks) it seems that a manual for my car could be found and provided so that I can operate all of the options I have. We did advise our salesperson, A.J. that it was missing, but so far have had no contact about the whereabouts of my manual.I apologize that your recent experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet did not meet your expectations. We want every customer to leave our dealership with a smile on their face which is why I am so disappointed to learn of the impression your visit has left you with. It is my goal to help resolve this matter while demonstrating the importance we place upon providing excellent customer service. by Warreneaux on 12/28/2014The service performed was very good. Tony was most helpful. My issue is the car was Certified and was not properly serviced. From day one the front wheels were not properly balanced even though the tires were new, and the driver's seat did… not fully function. The seat was repaired under CPO Warranty but the dealership would not recognize the wheel issue. They tell me the brakes are an issue which should have been caught during CPO inspection. I like the car, but should never have accepted it without being properly serviced or at least gotten a We-Owe.Great Service

Russell Casteel best of service rep as I have been fortunate to be his client since 2000 Tahoe… purchased from mac Haik. 2000 Tahoe best of the best and approaching 330,000 miles. 2011 Tahoe has been superior SUV except for broken door handle replaced. keep up great service and all will return.
