    Showed up at 7:00am without an appointment for oil change, def refill, and tire rotation. I was out of there in less than an hour!

    North Central is my first choice to buy new Ford. Bought 2002 and 2015 from Sam Rimpel. Now that I'm retired, North Central is my first choice for service as well. Excellent personal professional service. Especially Jim Ayo, who is my service rep. Not the closest, just the best.

    Always very friendly and welcoming. We went in for an oil change. We were told it would be a couple of hours since we got there around 11. We left the car there and were told we'd get a call when it was ready. We came to pick it up 3 1/2 hours later since we didn't receive a call. Must have gotten really busy.

    I purchased this vehicle from an out of state relative who had the car completely serviced in Missouri. The job was never fully completed until Charles Schriber and his team finally corrected a recurring problem. They are awesome!

    I took my F-150 Lariat into the shop to fix the hail damage, install Lojack, and get the PermaPlate protection. Everything was done in less than a week and the work was phenomenal.

    Nico, sales director and Mike Melendez were first class. Gave me the best deal on trade and purchase of new 2016 Ford Taurus SEL. My service work/oil changes on 2013 Taurus Ltd had been performed 'til now & will continue to be with my new Taurus. Low pressure, laid back style of selling cars is my preference. The sales dept at NCF delivered. Very pleased.

    Michelle was extremely polite and engaging and made the whole experience more enjoyable. We did have to wait almost 2 hours until we could pay and we were just paying cash.

    I went in for routine maintenance. During inspection, the mechanic advised my service advisor, Russell Huffman, that the power steering fluid was milky looking due to some type of water contamination. Russell recommended a powering steering flush which I agreed to. After the flush, new fluid was put in and I drove out knowing that my expedition had been in good hands. I always recommend Russell to my friends and family because he is always looking out" for the customer.

    Dropped my Edge off at 7:30am on a very crowded Monday morning. John, my service advisor was very efficient and got me out very quickly. He was not sure if they would be able to finish the required work that day due to the volume of cars they had, but he said he would call me in the PM. He did and they had the car ready that same afternoon. Very pleased.

    I went for an oil change (5k miles) with an appointment at 8:00 am. I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and I was told that it will take 2 hours + for the service. Other times for the same service I have waited around 1 hour which is acceptable in my opinion. I hope the wait time for regular oil change with an appointment gets reduced next time around. Also in the past (old building), they used to call the customers through the PA when the service was done. The last two times I've been in this new building, I did not know when the car was done since they didn't announce anything. I have to wait an additional 30 minutes because the CS representative left a voicemail at my business phone even though I was sitting in the wait room inside the dealer.

    I purchased my 2015 Ford Fusion at North Central Ford. I always take my while here for service as the staff is the best around. They make sure you and your vehicle are the priority.

About our dealership
