by John Hayes on 03/22/2025I was greeted at my truck with a smile and that's how it should be. I ended up here because of that. When I take my other vehicles to the dealership they greet me at my vehicle, until I went to Freedom Chevrolet, where they don't greet you,… they let you rot in your vehicle until you go find them, so I will now go farther away from home to get service. If I come to your dealership to give you my time, business, and money. Don't make me have to chase you down and beg you to take my money. Evidently Freedom Chevrolet has to much business, and money because they didn't want mine. That's how I ended up here. Once he was able to recognize the issue he worked very diligently to get things moving. With… the extent of the repair and services required, Jesus was able to work with the service technician and parts department to get everything in stock and repaired in a fairly timely manner. He was always communicating with me and responding to any questions in a very timely manner. Bad service
by Mellissa Carrigan on 01/09/2025My husband and I purchased a new 2024 Sierra 1500 on 11/22/2024. We were made aware that the vehicle had been used a courtesy vehicle but being sold as a new vehicle. While test driving the vehicle we became aware of a tear in the center… console and brought it to the attention of the sales person. He said he would speak to the manager and see what could be done about it. We told him at that time that as the vehicle was being sold as a "NEW" vehicle that we would only purchase it if the console were to be replaced and not repaired. We were assured multiple times that that would not be a problem and it would be taken care of so we purchased the vehicle. As time went by and no one contacted us about the "replacement" console we started calling to see when to expect this to be addressed. It became increasingly difficult to get an answer from anyone but finally were told when to bring the vehicle in. My husband took it in at the appointed time (fully expecting a new console) but when he picked it up he realized that they had tried to repair the tear instead of replacing the console like we had been assured of. Since then, after numerous emails and phone calls we still have a very obviously repaired center console and now no one returns our phone calls or emails. As you can see we are very unhappy and disappointed in this dealership and the way we have been lied to and ignored.Mellissa, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience with the console replacement. Didn't try to sway her decision for the more expensive vehicle, just for a better commission. The sell rep was more concerned… about us being happy with our vehicle and helped on making sure there was an option for us to get it. If they'd open up their wallet a little, they could possibly get it...haha. David collins. WORST FRONT DESK SERVICE

It’s not about the money it’s about how a guys tells a woman something is wrong with the car. Customer service. It ok. I’ll gladly take my car somewhere else.… But not with David Collins. Truck purchase
by Del Cid on 09/13/2023Wasn’t not allowed or even asked if I wanted to test drive the truck, only got to drive it in dealer parking lot full of cars. Then was shopping during Labor Day sale, when there was a $750 discount on ANY new vehicle and the details did… not mention any exceptions to the discount, when I asked for it, was told it did not apply.. dealer was also charging for a “ceramic coating”applied to the truck, when truck was delivered to me at night there was water spots on it, which a properly ceramic coated vehicle would not have.I also never got a proper delivery of truck, no one bothered to show me features/ connect account etc. for financing was not told the rate or anything until I was at the signing papers part.. when i brought up if I could get a better rate from my bank was told to just refinance.. experience was not such of buying a $90k truck.. lucky for them the truck sold itself.We're sorry to read about your experience and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
