Mark Woppel, our service advisor for the last 8 years, handled all the details for our Lincoln Mark LT truck's 95,000 mile checkup and service. Dropped the vehicle off… in the late afternoon and it was ready the next morning -- including the carwash! North Park Lincoln has earned our trust and our highest customer satisfaction rating!Super Customer Care!!

I was pleasantly surprised of the professionalism of the service… manager. It always a good feeling going for service at Main Lincoln.Not Happy

Great Service
by Dmtexmex on 02/15/2016We purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. The salesman, Steve, Hernandez, spent almost his entire afternoon with us test driving various cars. He personally took care of the washing of the vehicle and gassed up the car. He even help setup the… Bluetooth on my phone with the car. Our finance person, Amy Martinez, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated the information that she shared with us. We were extremely pleased with our purchase from North Park Lincoln.Thank you for your wonderful response to the quality of service our Staff provides! I am a snowbird from WI and I depend of his through inspection of my car when I am in SA. Albert knows how… important it is for me to have a vehicle in tip top shape for my long miles to and from WI. I depend on his knowledge of my vehicle so I have no problems on the road. All of your staff is very friendly and helpful from the time I arrive to the time I leave. by jmatkinson on 09/27/2015Recently I spent several days negotiating with a sales agent. We spoke face to face, on the telephone and via text message. I was contacted numerous times by the sales agent about the particular vehicle I was interested. The agent was… polite and answered any questions I had. My problem is that once we came to an agreement on a set price and I was assured by the agent we had a done deal, my agent took all the information into a back room with "the sales manager." I was surprised to find out that the several days of negotiation with the sales agent was of no use. I was advised that the sales manager had a completely different set of numbers. So I ask myself why did I spend several days negotiating with someone that has no ability to make any decisions. In the end I left the dealership with a negative impression. I have purchase three separate vehicles for this dealership. I question if I will ever return or recommend to others if they should consider purchasing a vehicle for this dealership.jmatkinson, thank you for leaving your feedback about your experience with North Park Lincoln. My recent visit was very expensive--the projected costs frightened this handicapped customer! Bob went to bat for me--the bill was… reduced more than $200.00. The damaged storage cabinet mounted between the driver and the front passenger seat was repaired at no cost to me--this gift was an unexpected surprise! I live in Dripping Springs and the drive to your dealership is a major undertaking for this handicapped customer. Because, Bob and your team care about me, I keep coming! Thanksgreat srv

by CHumphrey on 08/18/2015I dealt with Steve Hernandez, this is the third vehicle we have purchased through Steve. He is a great guy and I thoroughly enjoy working with him. I feel he's honest and I trust that he has my best interest at heart. Only… disappointment was that the 2012 RAM 3500 truck we purchased from an ad on the Kahlig website showed having matching side mirrors, when we got there to actually test drive the vehicle, the passenger side mirror had been replaced with another that did not have the turn signal light on it rendering a vehicle with mismatched mirrors. Steve lobbied to have that replaced but no one at Bluebonnet Chrysler was willing to do anything about it. I would very much like to have a matching passenger side mirror as was advertised in the ad and not have to go $250+ out of pocket to correct the issue. Again, we like Steve very much and do not see this as a reflection on him personally, rather the dealership choosing to cannibalize parts from one truck to satisfy the needs of another...should have ordered one or pulled from stock.Great service,....Well done!
by salawyer on 08/16/2015I initially brought my MKX in for scheduled maintenance service. I did mention that my wife, who is the principal driver of this car voiced a concern about the brakes. It was determined that the brake booster pump needed to be replaced.… I was given a rental car to drive. I received a call two days later that the car was ready to be picked up with a wash job to boot. I was very satisfied with this service experience.Your comments keep us motivated and working hard for all our guests! Thanks again for your business!
Excellent as Always at North Park Subaru

This time, we were in for a service appointment for my daughter's Subaru, which was coming up on its two-year "purchase anniversary". We didn't "need" service… but since our two years of free service was about to expire, we wanted to bring it in one more time, since it hadn't been in in a while. They couldn't have been more understanding! The woman on the phone scheduled the appointment with no problem. Then, when we arrived, Abel Aguirre (sp?) was incredible! He was so polite, so friendly, so professional - a delightful young man to work with. He made sure our service was done well and on time, and even informed us that we had one additional free service remaining! Explained everything and answered all questions we had. Without exception, all of our interactions with North Park Subaru have been seamless and excellent. Based on that, when our son turns 16, we will buying another Subaru from North Park. And perhaps even one for the grown-ups! Kudos to Subaru, and North Park, and Abel Aguirre in particular, for really making Subaru shine. Excellence all around!Thank you so much for leaving us with such a detailed review! We hope to be of service again in the future.
Team effort
by Arahlea on 07/18/2015I will never be able to say enough about the customer service I get from the team at NorthPark!!! After purchasing a used vehicle, after many leases, I thought I wouldn't be as important customer anymore. Boy was I wrong!! Joseph Acevedo… and Chad Lyons made the purchase just as smooth as usual (even when I added a new husband to the mix) When Joseph called to tell me my plates were in, I said I would be coming through town, but wouldn't have time to go to the dealership. He offered to take them to North Park Lexus at the Dominion, which I would be driving right by! When we pulled in, my husband quickly pulled up to a truck that he had to get out and look at. Before I even got out of my truck Josh Perez pulled up to my truck, shook my husbands hand and starting putting on my new plates! Right in the driveway of new cars! (that will make an F150 feel important in a sea of Lexus) Whole thing took 7 minutes! And we were back on the road. North Park continues to give superior customer service the entire time you own the vehicle! (My husband was also shocked when I picked up my new vehicle and told him that I had to go say hi to Mark Woeppel. "He works in the service department?" to which I replied, nope. He is MY service guy that has taken care of me for Almost 15 years! And yes, he knew my name when I walked up) The one negative thing I could say about the experience? Well, Josh put my plates on so fast that I didn't have time to explain why I needed to go say Hi to Chad Armstrong in the Subaru dealership! Great customer service
by pbj6 on 02/07/2015Mr Billy Willard met us coming into the dealership. Total professional. We had a specific used MKT in mind. Loved the menu pricing. No pressure. Great test ride and Billy showed a total command and understanding of the vehicle's… options and capabilities. Brian in the finance department arranged a great financing deal thru Lincoln (1.44%). My credit unions "best" was 6%. BLUF. We got exactly what we wanted and left with everthing complete in 3 hours and 30 minutes. That is almost as amazing as the friendliness and caring attitudes displayed.
