However, upon getting my car serviced i was reluctant to come as always per my past experience. Once Tawni… helped me, i felt safe. She was thorough, honest and informative. This was the best experience I’ve had in 10 years. Give Tawni a raise!!!We're excited to hear that our team took care of you and that everything went very smoothly. Trina was super friendly and… helpful and everyone there is killing it! As a service manager we feel he has always been honest with us and handled our vehicle concerns with integrity. When Carlos left we started using another VW… dealership due to the inconsistencies with another service manager at AH VW.
