From the moment we drove in and were greeted by friendly (but not… aggressive sales staff), to the offer of refreshments, to the beautiful, sparkling clean showroom and bathrooms, every aspect of the experience demonstrated that this was a dealership that puts their customers first. Devon Bell, Olivia and all of the staff that helped us buy our car were top flight. Right price, great service, this dealership is one of the best of the best. I was shopping for a used, mid size, SUV. Tristen encouraged me… to look at everything and test drive all the ones I liked. He listened to myself, my husband and my son. Tristen respected all of our likes, wants and needs. He was very patient with my family and made our car shopping experience successful & fun! Robert stepped in and helped my husband with the trucks. Although he didn't find what he was looking for, Robert & Tristen have sent us pictures and info when they get trucks in that meet my husbands criteria. The financing department at Classic Toyota, as always, was quick to answer all questions and concerns. Car shopping is fun at Classic Toyota! Tristen delivers knowledge, a sense of humor and good ol' boy respect.Lacking Transparency
by 2MuchCost on 08/07/2018I was a repeat customer. The salesman, IT guy, and GM played dumb as if they had no idea that MOST phones don't work with the Entune system and Scout GPS. (Check out Toyota's website to see what percentage will work with the… Navigation).What they misrepresented will cost me thousands over the lifetime of the car. They offered $100 or a cheap add-on product which I did not want. My complaint has gone to Toyota Corporate.Attentive Care and Quality Customer Service!

Chris Mabry was especially attentive to my requests and thorough in his explanations. He was patient to help me understand differences in… vehicles better suited for me and the various guarantee coverages Toyota offers. I only had one day off to exchange my car and Chris stuck it out with me until I was pleased with my purchase. He did extensive research and did a good job of explaining what it was I was buying and not just trying to make a sale. I felt his sincerity in quality over cost and his genuine down to earth personality helped me feel relaxed and safe about my purchase! I will definitely suggest Classic Toyota to anyone looking for a new car and if youre looking for a friendly, honest, accurate, flexible, saleman~ Chris Mabry is Your guy! He is certain to put your needs over his own. I will most assuredly be purchasing my cars there in the future!Worth The Drive!

Even though they knew they had the car I badly wanted, they didn't take… advantage and they bent over backwards to earn my business. I was very impressed with the importance of customer satisfaction after the sale as I was contacted by my salesman Justin Pennetta, who got in touch with the previous owner and acquired the second key and remote fob. Brent and Ray assisted Justin, and Chad and Lorry made sure the necessary paperwork was overnighted by FedEx when I found out I had to register the car within 7 days. I highly recommend this dealership and my suggestion is, save yourself time and gas and go to Classic Toyota - Tyler Texas first, even if you're hundreds of miles away!Very helpful and work really fast!!!

Much about 6 mpg better than my 2013 version and, with the low… interest rate, cut my payments by more than a a hundred bucks. Great sales team there keeps me coming back. Hey, I should do a commercial for these guys! Mike, if I did, would you get me one of those cool Toyota jackets?!Great sales, super helpful

He was very patient and was interested in helping us find what we were looking for in the… price range that we wanted. We ended up finding a Honda Pilot in great condition at the price we wanted. Chris let us test drive it at separate times and was always very patient. He made the experience easy and comfortable.Great Experience

Everyone was very friendly and they made for a great experience for me and my family. This is my second vehicle that I've purchased from them… and I'll probably continue to purchase vehicles from Classic Toyota in the future.
