If you are looking for a late model luxury/sports vehicle, recommend starting here and saving time. We looked for three weeks (in the DC,… VA and MD metro are) for the perfect vehicle. Then we called Select Auto; found two candidates, talked with the sales team and was sold! It must be harder at this dealership as all sales reps have to know a dozen brands… and dozens of models. He was always available when I needed him to be.great service

No games; no silly back and forth haggling. And the selection of high quality, low… mileage, luxury and performance cars is incredible. Traded an M3 convertible and their offer was more than fair and competitive without a whole lot of back and forth. And couldn't be happier with my new (to me) BMW 535 GT. Upon our arrival, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Brian Villanueva who not… only insisted on opening my door, but having our vehicle parked. This was the beginning of our wonderful experience at Select Auto. Brian showed us the vehicle we were there originally to look at and compare to other vehicles at another dealer, however his sincere displays of kindness convinced us that nothing is as important as customer service that exceeded our expectation and was actually beyond any that we had experienced in other vehicle purchases. Brian was extremely detailed in explaining every aspect of the vehicle and paid close attention to our questions and concerns. Not only was Brian warm and receptive, the entire staff was outstanding, a most unusual phenomenon in today's business environment. The entire experience from the moment we entered the lot until we left was absolutely outstanding. The bottom line is that those write-ups describe a business that takes immense value in providing the best customer service and highest qaulity product. There success does not… come easy. It takes a talented staff lead by a formatable Chief Exectuive, Mike Haji. I have been purcahsing premier luxury vehicles at SAI for over 14 years, and the key is that I continue to come back again and again. Loyalty is clearly a two-way street ... and SAI has proven that adage with every purchase I have made. My sales specialist, Naser Ziarmal, exemplifies SAI's value propositon with his dedication "to providing a truly unique car buying experience" and working hard to establish SAI as the premier source of luxury used cars in the National Capital Region. And they do. Mike and his staff have set "the bar" very high and that's why I believe they are the Gold Standard in the luxury car dealership industry. by 1wyseguy on 11/11/2014I contacted the dealership through USAA's car buying service and received a quick response from Hassan. He was very amicable and accommodating when scheduling a test drive. While at the dealership, he was responsive to questions and… proactive. After I bought the car, he was very responsive and made sure everything was completed for my vehicle registration, the tags were sent to my house, and USAA received all the paperwork they needed (5 Stars!). Deborah, the finance director, however was officious and made the paperwork process irritating. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, the temporary tag paperwork was incorrect and I waited about an hour for them to try to fix it. They also only left me 1/3 of a tank of gas. Maybe I'm expecting too much... but a full tank of gas would have been a nice gesture for doing business with them. Update: Robert, the sales manager, contacted me about the issues and offered a car detailing from their service department. Even though the buying process had been complete for over a month, he still wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They really care about their reputation which leads to a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Select Auto Imports, and especially Hassan.Excellent place to buy your car

The vehicle was in excellent condition, and very hard to find one anywhere on the east coast in such good condition… with an extended warranty. Fred Nejad was my service rep and he provided outstanding service and attention to detail. The car had a great price, condition and they provided what I wanted for my trade in. They also provided excellent financing options, which I decided to choose. The entire staff was helpful, polite, efficient and attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high performance/luxuryI will buy here again.

I viewed their inventory online, and found two cars I was interested in. I went in, without an appointment, and… both cars were in stock (already a better experience than with many dealers) and I drove both of them. I made my choice and was finished with the entire transaction that afternoon. They were even able to arrange a better financing deal than the one I had arrived with. I am very happy with them and will buy from them again.Pleasant experience purchasing a car

Yet I can say with certainty that I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience than buying from Select Auto Imports. The entire staff was extremely professional and… courteous. The sales consultant was exceptional. He was very knowledgable and helpful and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was able to describe the characteristics and merits of each vehicle he had to offer that we showed an interest in. He so thoroughly described the features and capabilities of one car that it became our "must have" vehicle. Needless to say we bought the car. As my review title stated, "Best car buying experience ever!!"Extremely Happy with my purchase!

I was hesitant because I've never purchased a Perviously Owned Vehicle. I must say it was a very… professional car buying experience. During my appointment, Brian, the Sales Consultant made a point of introducing the Owner and Sales Manager who made me a great deal on a Mercedes Benz S550. I was invited back to go over additional details of the car that I may not understand.
