    David Brown is a phenomenal Service Advisor, unlike other Honda dealership I have visited in the past. David took his time with me explaining what was wrong with my car and what they fixed. He wasn't rushing me in and out there as fast as possible just to get it done. I really appreciate the overall service of Checkered Flag of the entire service department.

    Checkered Flag was a great dealership experience, but their salesman Michael Evans made this experience so much better. Purchasing my first car from him was the best decision because even though I came to the location by myself, there was no pressure into buying anything. I told him my budget of $10k and he gave me a variety of choices. He pointed out that one of the options would be best for my budget and my daily commute. He is very knowledgable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Michael and I was discussing this for 2 days. He told me everything i need to bring in and when i went in, the process was short and to the point. THANK YOU MICHAEL EVANS.

    My mother recently went to Checkered Flag Honda for an oil change and routine check up. She has always said that they provide "Exceptional customer service and are extremely professional." She will be remain a loyal customer because they always take such great care of her car and of their customer service skills.

    It was a great experience. Terri, Devonte and Melissa were all great in making my first experience a great one. All my questions were answered and I was kept informed through the entire process. Everyone who assisted in my care were courteous and showed great customer service. I will be back when I need my care serviced again.

    I really appreciated the friendliness of everyone at the dealership. They would all speak to you and try to make conversation while we were waiting. Also, Kaleb was wonderful and honest, which is difficult to find is a sales person.

    Representative was very accommodating. I brought my car in for a 100k mile check and there were some significance delays in completing the service. But the representative complimented some of the work to make up for it which I really appreciated. Thank you SO much!!!
