Made a next day appointment online and had the car in the service lane by 9:20 Friday morning, service advisor texted me shortly thereafter about the needed service, which was covered… by warranty. They also performed a couple of software updates and a required recall service. I was hesitant to take it to the dealer because of the notorious 'upselling', but this was the best decision I’ve made with this car. First of all… the tires are phenomenal-though I did research and had them order them. The price was literally less than on tirerack.com, and I got to drive a 2019 around for 5 days. I have never had such great red-carpet service for something like this, and when you think about it that's really how it should always be. I don't spend$1,000 daily and when I do I like to be informed, confident and comfortable... Not sitting in a dirty waiting room for 4 hours reading A magazine from 2002. Although I still think the A and B services are a little over the top, I'll be bringing my car here for any service needs I have. Thanks! I was a tad bit bummed that the car wasn't washed though!Great
