    I have a lease and I was thinking about purchasing it but I made a big mistake I came to this location first spoke to the manager and told him my only concern is the moonroof lately was giving a problem where it would not close he says oh that’s not a big deal you have a full warranty 5 years or 60000 miles bumper to bumper and 100k on the power train I was like ok so now an hour later I am with the finance manager and she try’s to sell me the warranty I told her no I have the warranty I am the original owner so she says no u only have 3 years or 36000 miles so your warranty is up in 2 months I said are u sure after going back and forth she said the warranty has to be added now and it’s 2000 then I get home and call Hyundai and they said no my car has full warranties on it so I am getting mad now I call her immediately and remove that warranty I don’t want it she says ok she will that night I am driving and hit a bump on the road and the roof is rattling so now I am like I am not gonna pay 35 to 40 k for a car with these problems I call back in the morning and tell the finance manager forget the whole deal I tell her why on the contract it says u have 2 days to cancel the purchase so she says fine she will cancel it then 3 hours later she texts me and tells me if I can talk to her go I say no problem so ten min later she has her floo4 manager call and says sorry but you signed the papers but on the contract says2 days any mechanical problem you can cancel after going back and fourth with him he says u have 2 choices either you can bring the car to my repair shop or you can pick another car but it has to be done tomorrow like he’s trying to strong arm me I will be seeing them in court but go to bay ridge Hyundai they will treat you a lot better and not try to to scam you treating customers like this they will not last long

    the staff was pleasant and courteous I was greeted when I walked in . The represenstives I worked with were very professional and cared about what my needs were and made it work with my budget .

    the sales person understood what I need , was very accommodating the dealership was clean and car were display on the floor so it was easy access to see them

    My experience at Plaza auto mall was really smooth and fast. The entire process to receive my vehicle was only a few hours.

    Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealer made the process very easy for us and explained everything. Someone also came out to show us how to use the features of the car.

    Bought my first new car from Plaza Hyundai and had a great experience. Staff was knowledgeable, didn't leave me hanging with waiting for a decision. Friendly group, actually looking forword to going back for service, as weird as that sounds!

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I bought a Mazda a few years back and I was sucked in to those financing scams where I ended up paying more because the dealer lied about the benefits of fiancing by confusing us with the terms of the fiance. I was stupid to return there and bought a brand new 2008 car. A few weeks later, they said that they messed up a rebate form and that they didn't make enough money off the sale so they are forcing me to paid an addition $400 or else they threathen to withhold the title and registration despite having already paid for those services. I have already filed with the state attorney general and department of consumer affairs. It is too much stress and hassel so just stay away. Moreover, the manager is rude and unprofessional, and is simply a [violative content deleted] dressed in a nice suit. BEWARE

    Drove 45 min to the dealers after multiple phone conversations and 2 emails confirming that the vehicle was in stock for me to see. Surprise, surprise - no car in stock but have sales on everything else that day. Bad neighborhood and bad dealership. Worst dealer I have been in 25 years of car buying

    May not be the cheapest, but they are honest. They gave me a fair price (a little above the Edmund's TMV) in 15 minutes, to get the same price in other dealerships took me hours, or even impossible. I was tired with other dealership's tricks, some gave me a low price and later put a fee on the contract, wasted my time! Plaza Hyundai did give me the exact car, exact trim, exact color and exact PRICE we agreed with, so I am happy even one and a half year has passed.

    Last week I took possession of my Hyundai Elantra, which I bought new. The buying process was ok, but things deteriorated when wife and I met with the finance manager. A young, impeccably dressed fella, who after a handshake began to discuss different "Protection Plans" he wanted to offer us. When we declined, he lower the price of these packages by $200, which we again refused to consider. Then, he proceeded to show us another Service Contract Package that was cheaper from the other two but we again said to him that we are not interested. We asked him to let us pay for the car and let us sign the paper work so we can leave. He then, judging by his body language and facial features, appeared agitated and annoyed, indicating with obvious sarcasm in his voice that we are unprotected. To which I retorted that my new car is under Hyunda's comprehensive warranty and between the manufacturer and my insurance carrier the car is covered without the need to spend anymore money. I want to note that neither my spouse nor I at any time were arrogant or impolite through the buying or later at the finance office. I hope my experience will to help others considering purchasing a vehicle at Plaz Auto Mall in Brooklyn.

    Salesman was very slippery in giving out a price quote. And even before we agreed on a price, was trying to get me to finance when I wanted to pay cash. Absurd!

    Becareful!!! I leased an Elantra in April. When I leased the car I was told to take the total loss protection plan incase the vehicle was deemed a total loss that I would get my deposit back. Well thanks to "Sandy" it was. When I call to put in a claim I was told I was too late. The vehicle was deemed a total loss on 11/12. I called on 12/12 and got a voice mail. They called me on 12/13. They informed me that I only had 30 days to make a claim. When I called Plaza Hyundai, I was told that I can not get my money back that the funds would go towards another vehicle. Well, as you can imagine I'm not a happy customer. So I am out the deposit. I don't know how these people can look in the mirror knowing they screw people out of money.
