    We walked in with a budget in mind. Gina came out and greeted us and took us to the Pre-owned section. I was nervous because I knew I couldn't afford a car payment. After searching, we found a mini van that suited our family needs and runs great! Gina listened to us and made the transaction smooth. Thank you!! We will come back here when we out grow our truck!
  • Master Cylinder Recall 21014 Ford F-150

    Roy, service advisor. took care of my brake master cylinder recall on my 2013 F-100. I also discussed a warranty issue which he took care for me as well. This what customer service should be! I felt like I made the right decision to buy this vehicle at Horne Ford. Keep up the excellent work.
  • Dead alternator, done way ahead of schedule!

    I had my truck towed to the dealership in a Friday to have the alternator replaced which was smoking. I thought it wouldn't be fixed until Monday at the earliest due to the current workload but to my surprise I received a call Saturday around noon that it was done. Excellent!

    My service advisor was Dave Duvall. I arrived early for my appointment because if I had turned my truck off anywhere, it likely would have left me stranded….so Dave checked me in about an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. He had no idea I am a Ford employee ( for 16 years now at the NRC ). Dave treated me very professionally, very quickly and got me on my way! I appreciate this level of service!

    We came in because of a Chevy Equinox we saw on Auto Trader. We were very pleased with the service we received. When we decided on buying, they were more than fair on our trade-in and tried to help us get the payments and loan term we needed. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. -Alexis

    The dealership did a great job of making me feel like my purchase mattered to them. They delivered the car from another dealership in Prescott, and helped me find the exact options I wanted. The no pressure buying experience is the best thing about it.

    I had two serious concerns: the AC had stopped working and the AZ temps were predicted to soar to 117; and the transmission was sporadically mis-shifting. Roy took on the task without an appointment stating that he would do his best to complete the work that day. Eleven hours later and just minutes before closing, I picked up my vehicle. It wasn't only completely repaired but it was sparkling clean, having just been washed. I have had Roy help me multiple times over the years and he has never failed to do what was needed at the price quoted and in the time estimated. Thank you Roy for a job well done! Dan

    The professional service provided was very informative and personal. I walked away knowing that I wasn't pressured into having the additional repair work that I hadn't anticipated. Also, I was totally informed of the downstream risks I would be accepting if I declined addressing the required repair work. In closing, I felt that my personal safety was of major concern in correcting the issues that were presented! Thanks, Michael James

    Stay away from Sales. Sevice is ok. Josh and Scott in service are first class. Tony Petriccione and Steve Bennett and Steves brother in the Internet department named Ronnie Bennett are a complete joke. The Sales department tries to sneak stuff in the purchase order like Tint. Typical in Arizona though. I will be reporting back to the Arizona State Attorney General. Folks if you have any problems in buying a vehicle from any dealer in Arizona contact the Arizona State Attorney general or BBB. Always ask to see the approval. Always ask to see the buy rate and ask them how much they are marking it up. You are not obligated to have them mark up the rate. The dealers most likely will take a flat anyways which is a percentage based on the total amount financed. Don't feel guilty if you don't let them mark up the rate. Look at the invoice. The dealer charges for destination ford advertising and Hokd back and they are most likely at the end of the month getting kickbacks from Ford if the hit certain achievement levels. Just because the put tint or desert protection on the window sticker doesn't mean you have to buy them. This is illegal for them to say you have to buy extra products. It's also illegal fir them to markup the rate or warranties to you and say the bank requires a warranty on this vehicle. They cannot say to you well the bank requires a certain markup on rate. Hope this review helps people. The dealership will most likely erase this review though. Always shop many banks for a better deal. Banks will fight for your business. Email me at [non-permissible content removed] if you have further dealership questions. I know them all in the valley. Most are very crooked. The most crooked are the Henry Brown dealerships. Stay far away from this group.

    Harlin was very courteous. The estimates were accurate. The price could have been beaten elsewhere but I like knowing I get Ford repair parts.

    I stopped at Horne because a trouble light on the dash advised that my tire pressure was low. I advised service rep that there had earlier been a light that advised a tire pressure sensor fail. He quickly assessed the problem that I had picked up a nail in one of my tires. I was directed to a service manager who arranged to fix the tire while I waited. Unfortunately, the tire pressure sensor fail light continues to come on periodically so I'll have to return for follow up work.

    I am a widow and have learned to trust your dealership. The oil change cost more than I thought it would, but also learned I needed new wipers where otherwise I wouldn't have had a clue. Thank you Robert Horne Ford. Linda McDermott

    Very easy to make appointment online.Dropped off car and was done within the hour. Fast in and out. A car wash would have been nice.
